Dream Doctor

Courtney's POV:
I woke up and I see Shayne Topp's face, we were just an inch apart. I turned around to face away from him because I thought that he was just pretending to sleep. I look at the time, it's 8:00 in the morning, no sweat, we don't need to hurry up. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I got out of the bathroom and I see Shayne getting up
"Good morning frog legs!" I said
"Good morning Buttney, " he replied sleepily.
"Today's the day, huh?" He asked
"Yup, today's the day!" I said
We started to prepare ourselves. After that, we ate breakfast at the hotel. After that, we drove our way to the clinic.
Shayne is driving.
"Hey, why don't we take a selfie?" I asked
"Sure, " he replied
I took my phone out
"Smile, Shayne," I said
I click the camera button.
"Another one, " I said
*click*
"Okay. We look good in these pictures." I said
"I see we are twinning today, " he said
"Yeah, black and black..." I said
After a while...
We finally arrived at the clinic.
"We're finally here..." Shayne said
We got out of the car. We knocked on the door, there was no answer.
"Well, it's a little early, we should wait," I said. Shayne just nodded.
We waited for an hour. Suddenly, an old man shows up
"Are you kids looking for Dr. Agobber?" He asked
"Yes, " we both replied
"Don't you kids know that he already moved to London five months ago?" The man said
WHAT?!
"Thank you, for letting us know, sir," I said. And with that, the man left.
"Fuck!" We said in unison.
"What are we going to do now?" I asked
"They are the only dream doctor available. We can't fly our way to London. Shit!" He said
"So, we went here for nothing. I should have checked it twice, I'm sorry Court, " he said
"It's okay. You know what, let's not waste our time here, let's go somewhere, " I said
I took him by the hand and led him back to the car.
"I'm driving," I said
"We need to go back to the hotel, " he said
"Okay, then, " I said
I drove us back to the hotel.
We arrived at the hotel and went straight to our room.
"I'm sorry that this became a waste of your time," Shayne said
"Hey, don't say that. It's not your fault that they moved to London." I said
"Thanks for always being there for me, Court, " He said
"Of course, " I said to him.
"It's still 10:00 in the morning, so, why don't we just go home?" I asked
"Yup, I think we should, " he replied
We packed our bags and put them to the back of the car, we stopped by a diner to eat before we leave. After that, we started to drive our way home. I can feel that Shayne is really sad and devastated.
"It's devastating, I know, but cheer up frog legs, at least you had a very short vacation with your best friend, Courtney!" I said
"You make every place and situation better, " he said
"Aww, so cheesy! I'm just kidding Shayne, " I said
He chuckles. Yes! He's happy again.
Shayne's POV:
I love how Courtney can make me feel better, I'm so lucky that she's here with me right now. I look straight up ahead so that she can't tell that I'm blushing.
After precisely 5 and a half hours...
Hello again LA! I'm so glad to be home.
I drive Courtney to her apartment. When we arrived there, I helped her get her stuff. Before I go, I hugged her and she hugged me back.
"I'll see you tomorrow, " I said
"Thanks for everything, Shayne. See you tomorrow, " she said before letting me go.
She closed the door, and I went back to my car and drove home.
