Beautiful changes

Courtney's POV:
I'm at the office again. The squad and I were thinking of ideas to pitch. Ian comes in with a big smile on his face.
"Good morning," he said
"Good morning," we all replied
"We need to talk about the matters that
Rhett, Link, and I talked about yesterday." He said
"Okay," we all said
"So, we have reviewed policies... One of those policies is the no interoffice relationship... We decided to screw that, seeing how more than professional you guys have been, but that doesn't mean that you should date each other right away, we're just saying that no one's or nothing is stopping you now," he said
"That's all, we didn't implement many laws anyway. Now, who has an idea to pitch?" He asked
"No thoughts in my head yet," I said
"Me too," Olivia said
"Still thinking," Damien said
"Okay, then call me when you need me," Ian said
My heart is dancing right now. No dating co-worker rule is gone! But what if still doesn't have the guts to tell me how he feels? Now I'm gonna start overthinking about that.
Shayne's POV:
Yay! No dating co-worker rule is gone! Now the only thing I have to do is man up and tell her about my feelings.
I went outside to get some fresh air and just think of how can I tell her, how can I tell the girl I like for a long time that I like her? And most especially, how can you tell your friend that you want to be more than just best friends? My thoughts were interrupted by Damien "the man" Hass.
"Oh, hey man," I said
"Hey, sorry to interrupt your thoughts, but Ian wants to ask you if you have any ideas for a new show," he said
Idea...I'm bad at dating... What if we made that into a show, talking about how bad I am at dating...
"Come on, let's go inside, so that I can personally tell Ian," I said
"Okay," he said
"Shayne, any idea?" I was greeted by Ian's question
"Yup. How about talking about how bad am I at dating, I could have someone who's gonna be with me and we'll talk about our bad experiences on the dating spectrum, like a storytime kinda show, we would draw on the board and stuffs like that..." I said
"That sounds good," Ian said
"But the question is...who are you going to be with...?" Ian added
"Who else is bad at dating... Oh yes, Courtney!" Damien said while pointing at Courtney.
"Yeah, that's a great combo. Two awkward people talking about their awkward dating life, that's interesting..." Ian said with his finger on his chin.
I laughed nervously.
"Yeah, I think that's really great," Courtney said
I felt my cheeks turned red.
Luckily she didn't look at me.
"So, when shall we start?" Ian asked
"How about tomorrow?" I asked
"Okay, that sounds great, since there are no scripts to write," Ian said
"I better go now, Rhett and Link are probably waiting for me up there," he said
"Okay, bye Ian," We said
Courtney's POV:
"Great thinking there, Topp," I said to him
"Thanks," He said, he was blushing, but I didn't tell him because he'll feel a great amount of embarrassment.
"Why do you say that you're bad at dating? Did she break up with you?" I asked
"Yup, she did," He answer as if it was nothing
"What? Are you alright?" I asked
"Yes, I am. Sometimes breakups could turn out to be great things..." He said
"Oh..." I said. I know that he doesn't want to talk about it, so I won't force him.
"I'm fine, I promise," he said
"I know," I said
He raised an eyebrow to me, then he smiled.
"You're so intuitive, Miller," he said
I chuckled
"You just know how to make a girl blush, Topp," I said
"Oh really?" He asked
"Yeah right," I said
I'm sure tomorrow is gonna be a great day.
