Why we are bad at dating

Courtney's POV:
"Hey, we're now needed at the studio," Shayne said
Yup, today is the day. We're gonna do the idea that he pitched yesterday.
I followed him into the studio. Gosh, this is our first show with only just the two of us.
Shayne's POV:
Today, I have planned to tell Courtney about I feel for her at the end of our shoot for the "we are bad at dating" 's first episode. Earlier today, I practiced the things I'm going to say to Courtney in the mirror. I'm gonna try my best not to stutter or get too tense. I'm so ready now. Now I'm not realizing that we're getting close to the ending, we're almost done.
"That's it for today guys. Thanks for watching." She said
"And if you still haven't subscribed, then what are you waiting for?" I said
"We'll see you in the next video. Bye!" She said
"And cut!" Our director shouted.
"Good job guys!" He said
"Now go ahead and have your lunch break," Ian said
We exited the studio. Now, Shayne, this is it.
"Courtney," I said
"Yeah, Shayne?" She asked
"I need to tell you something..." I said
We stop walking. We are now face to face.
"What is it, Shayne bobber?" She said
"Okay. I love you." I said
"I know dumb ass, as a friend." She said
"No, I mean more than friends, like lovers. Romantic kind of love, not platonic," I said
"W-what?" She stuttered
"You heard me right the first time. I love you. Ever since the very start, I felt
Koi No Yokan." I said
"What's Koi No What what? Is that a spell or something?" She asked
"No, it's not a spell you dum dum, it's an extraordinary feeling upon seeing someone for the first time, that one day you will fall in love," I replied
"Well, I know that you know that I love you too. I'm so happy that you finally told me. I have been waiting for 5 years." She said
"You and me both," I said
She pulled me in for a hug. We break away, then she places a kiss on my cheeks, which made me blush.
I kissed her lips, then she kissed back.
"First date tonight?" I asked her
"Our first date was in San Jose, but it wasn't technically a date, but anyway, this will be our second date, so it's a yes." She said
"Good, because I have something in mind. Dress casually, okay?" I said
"Okay," she said
Later that night...
I'm outside Courtney's apartment. I honk my horn, she immediately went out of her apartment. She was wearing a "You're my favorite pizza place" white hoodie and tight jeans, we're twining again, I'm wearing the same hoddie she is wearing.
"Hey," I said
"Hey," she said as she gets inside the car
"Ready for our first official date?" I asked
"I was born ready," she said with a beautiful smile.
We drove off.
A little while later...
We finally arrived.
Courtney's POV:
Shayne took me to this beautiful pier. We could see the galaxies from here. We could also see the city lights, they look like stars from afar.
We sat at the edge of the pier.
"Shayne, remember the time we literally dream of each other?" I asked
"Yeah, you mean 7 months ago?" He replied
"Wow, it wasn't actually that long. It feels like decades. I'm so happy that we dreamt of each other, even though it brought me hell, mentally. Trying not to tell you what I feel, was so damn hard..." I said
"Yup, it was. You know why I broke up with Erica?" He asked
"Yeah sure," I replied
"I wasn't the one who broke up, it was her. She said that she loves me but she is not the one I wanted and needed. She said that I love her, but I love you more, she was right... I didn't want her to think that I was playing with her, because I wasn't actually playing with her, so I just said sorry and didn't force her to stay. And like what she said, I love you more than any girl I ever have been with all my life. Cheesy, but true," he said
"Aww, none of my exes ever said," I said
"It's because they don't feel it," he said
I kissed him.
"You can't measure the happiness that I am feeling right now," He said
"Same here," I said
We gazed upon the stars above us.
I'm so happy that we finally got what we wanted, each other's love and affection.
