Chapter 22: Options

December, 9, 1900

Author's POV

Meanwhile, Minju was torturing Ryujin, Beomgyu and the others started planning for a rescue mission for Ryujin.

"So, did anybody actually follow them? We need an exact location of them." Beomgyu said, seriously.

"Yes sir! The location is a Royal Boat at the docks." A soldier said.

'What? Why would she choose a Royal boat?' Beomgyu thought.

"Okay. So we need to explore the perimeter first. Before, we can actually attack. Since, they have two hostages with them. Be cautious of what you guys do." Beomgyu said, instructing the soldiers.

"Yes, sir!" The soldiers saluted at Beomgyu.

"We need to have an estimation of the people that we're going to fight with, in the ship. So, we know whether, we're outnumbered or we outnumbered them." Beomgyu said.

"Then, when we actually have an estimation of it, we first fight the front ones, then the sides." Beomgyu said.

"Since, the back might be full of archers, or long ranged people. I'm leaving that part to our archers. I'm sure they can perfectly handle that part." Beomgyu said.

"While, we're busy fighting them, I need somebody to get both Yuna and Ryujin out safely. I need somebody who's like an assassin, when that person moves." Beomgyu said, and looked over at Yeji's place.

While, Yeji just nodded back at him. "It would be great to get the both of them out. But, since we don't know what Minju has installed for us, we don't know the difficulty of our enemy." Beomgyu said, explaining.

"Once, you got one or the both of them out of the boat, get them quickly at the spare boat. That, is while we buy some time." Beomgyu said, explaining it further.

"I'm going with you guys!" Kai shouted, from the back. Which, made heads turn towards his area.

Beomgyu was shocked, with what his Younger Brother just said. "No! You are not coming with us! It's too dangerous! What if something bad happens to you! I can't afford anything happening to you!" Beomgyu shouted back at Kai.

"But, Hyung! We also need to explore every single option out there!" Kai protested at Beomgyu.

"Yeah. We will. But, not with you coming with us." Beomgyu said, coldly back at Kai. Which took Kai a bit back.

"Just to make sure, that you won't try to come with us or maybe sneak out. I'll assign some guards to be with you, until this operation is over." Beomgyu said, and went out the place.

Ryujin was badly injured, because since Minju is already bored waiting. Minju thought, she could torture somebody and that somebody should be Yuna.

But, Ryujin begged Minju to just torture her instead of Yuna. Which, Minju happily did. Minju just left the room, leaving a injured Ryujin and a crying Yuna.

"Why? Why is this happening to us, Eonni?" Yuna asked Ryujin, while hugging her knees and crying.

Ryujin took a really deep breathe, before answering. "It's because of me, Yuna. I guess, I got too close to Beomgyu and that thought must've angered her." Ryujin said, explaining.

Ryujin went near, Yuna and started to comfort her. "Don't worry. Eonni's here. Eonni won't let anything bad happen to you..." Ryujin said, while comforting the crying Yuna.
