(Au where you're put into the MCU after an 11:11 wish!)
Unedited! This couldn't be real. You were dreaming, weren't you? If you were, you knew you never wanted to wake up.
You walked out of your room and into a hall way that led to a living room. There sat a woman, probably in her early 40's, drinking some coffee while reading a book silently.
She must have noticed you, looking up as a smile grew on her face.
"Hey, sweetie! Excited for school? Oh, you're going to make so many good friends!" She squealed in excitement, placing her book and coffee down. You couldn't help but chuckle at her excitement, but you had to know if it was the school you were hoping for.
"Yeah, totally. What was the name of the school again? Something high?" You questioned, trying your hardest to sound clueless. To this, the woman laughed, getting up to give you a hug.
"Oh, don't be silly. Mid town high, of course! You never shut up about it! Oooh, my little baby is growing up!" She squealed.
You assumed she was your mother in this universe, and you were thankful for that. You decided to take this time to try get to know her better, since you lived here now.———————
"What a lovely woman," you sighed as you exited the little apartment.
You walked towards the bus stop, constantly thinking about how your original universe would've altered by you being here. Did you never exist in the first place? We're you missing? We're you a character in the movies, and you as a person now a famous actor? Or were you just.. gone?
You shook yourself from the thoughts, deciding you'd ponder on them once you were home.
The bus arrived, and as soon as the doors opened, you could hear teenagers screaming and laughing."So loud.." you mumble, somewhat aggravated.
"I know right," an all too familiar voice replied. You dreaded the thought of even acknowledging his presence, and almost didn't even answer, but, you did.
"Flash Thompson, right?" You asked, wanting to sound somewhat polite. He recoiled at your sudden words, and gave you a look of confusion.
"Yeah.. how'd you know?" He said, his face twisting in even more confusion. You shrugged, turning away.
"Heard of you before, I guess."You didn't bother listening or answering to him after that, you truly did hate flash. For obvious reasons, he wasn't someone you were really interested in any way. You just sat there, staring straight ahead the whole bus ride, waiting for the school the come into sight.
When the bus finally stopped, you tilted you head in slight confusion, this wasn't the school. Your heart skipped a beat as unmistakable chocolate brown eyes caught your attention, their curly brown hair neatly yet also messily brushed to the side. You felt as if this moment was yours, like the universe had made this just for you. You could feel your heart race quicker by the minute, watching as he approached, closer and closer, until-
"Hey! anyone- um, sitting here?" He squeaked, pursing his lips shyly. Your voice caught in your throat as you went to answer.
"I- no no-! it's, f-fre-... no one is, um, sitting.. here.." you managed to say, nervously chuckling. He smiled, taking the seat next to you. You faced the window, trying to avoid letting him see your embarrassed face.
"Well, I don't think I've seen you around here before, are you new?" He asked softly, his voice was soothing and calmed you down. You turned to face him, seeing a shy smile on his adorable face. You returned the smile, quietly chuckling, "yeah, this is my first day, actually.. my names Sarah," you said, ready to let him speak before remembering you had to act like he was a complete stranger, so you quickly added, "and you are?"Nice save..
"Peter Parker! It's a pleasure to meet you, Sarah!" He replied enthusiastically. You couldn't hold back the love sick smile that spread on your lips, the urge you had to just hug him was unbearable. Of course, though, you didn't dare make such a bold move.
