'Kicked Out?!'- Chapter 59

Pink's POV:

"PINK!" Rusty called me.

I snapped out of looking in the moving van and looked at Rusty who ran up to me and was now in front of me.

"R-Rusty" I stuttered in confusion "What's going on?"

"I'm not sure! They won't tell me" Rusty then pointed to a man coordinating the other 2 men with my bed in their arms.

"HAY HAY HAY! What's going on?!" I demanded at the what I can assume leader of this.

"Are you Miss Pink Diamond?" He questioned.

"Yes..." I answered.

"It says here" He said pulling out a clip board with papers attached. "That you haven't called up the landlady to say you're staying so we're removing you by force Miss" he stated showing me my contract and the expire date.

"W-what?" Rusty stirred in what I can only assume was disbelief. Rusty pulled me aside and grabbed my shoulders to make me face him. "Pink you didn't sign the papers?" Rusty quietly spoke, upset.

"R-Rusty I promise I didn't- I didn't have enough time and-" I was cut of by the leader yelling to the men that there was one last thing and I knew I had to do something.

I stormed up to the leader. "Excuse me sir, but is there anyway I can resign the contract? The land lady- she wouldn't mind it's under a month late- right?" I said in desperation.

He looked down at his clipboard lifting a few legal papers and paused. "Mmmm sorry Ma'am but it looks like somebody is already interested in the roommate position"

I stood there dumb-founded. What do I do?  I thought. 

"Look Ma'am all I can tell you to do is go talk to the Landlady, maybe you can negoiciate something out" He said, I this he sympothised me I might of looked upset or something but I'm glad he told me that there might be a way.

"Thank you" I smiled.

He gave me a stiff nod and took a couple steps before saying "You can't leave your furniture here so where do you want us to take it- that is if you have anywhere to put it" He asked.

"Ummm" I guess Mom and Dad wouldn't mind they have a place to store it I'm sure... "Yeah I do" I gave him my parents adress and they went on their way. I called up my parents on what was going on and my dad found it outrages that I wasn't given a final notice but what's done is done. The movers went on their way to my parents house to drop off my stuff.

I got off the phone with my parents and walked over to the front porch were Alex and Rusty were leaning on the wall and looked down. 

"What's wrong guys?" I asked concerned due to their facial expressions.

"You're leaving aren't you?" Alex sighed.

"I-" I paused looking at the ground with them. "I don't know Alex..." I quietly mumbled hugging mself.

A silence filled us all. "You know what" Rusty spoke up. "We're going to the landlady" Rusty stated. "What do you mea-" Rusty cut me off by grabbed my hand dragging me to the car "R-Rusty" I yelped as Rusty caught me off guard. He opened the door for me and I got in quickly and he shut the car door. "Come on Alex!" Rusty called getting into the car. Alex raced to the backseat and hopped in excited for the plan.

"Let's get you back home Pink" Rusty said starting the car.
