'May Bithstone'-Chapter 62

No One's POV:

The cool breeze starts to set in as rain trickles down from the dull greyed sky above fading from summer to autumn. Inside, Rusty and Alex were, as usual, chilling on the couch with nothing to do and with plain expression plastered on their faces and lifting their heavy heads just by their arms. Pink earlier that day had gone out to visit Penny and Edwin and of course Dante. It has been hours science she had gone and the boys somewhat now regretted their decision of declining to go.

"I'm bored!" Alex dragged in a whine.

"Same" Rusty sighed heavily.

Alex picked up the T.V remote and began to flick back and forth between the T.V channels for the 3rd time in a row hoping something would NOW be on that's interesting enough to watch. No luck. Just boring Documentries about potions and magic.

Suddenly a shiver and tigles flushed through Rusty's body as his eyes grew wide from the feeling, the feeling of someone connecting to him and he knew who it was.

"Emerald" Rusty sighed following on by Alex.

"Pink's not gonna like this" Alex said.

Footsteps crept on the basement staircase. A cyan covered head peeped through the door look for anyone and jumped when they saw the two boys sitting on the couch not even glancing at her for a second.

"Emerald, please leave" Rusty asked nicely yet monotoned.

Emeralds small brown freckled face now entered through the whole door with the rest of her body following. She stood in front of the door in her old outfit not even glamed up this time to catch the eye of a male.

"Alex, Rusty- I need assistance" Emerald requested looking a little ashamed.

"No" The two boys said in sink.

"Please, I'll leave you alone for good after you-" Emeraled was cut off .

Rusty, now growing impatient and annoyed finally stood up from the couch and looked over at Emerald. Her face full is plead. Rusty gave in a gave a sigh.

"What do you want?" Rusty asked deeply.

Emerald celebrated in her head quickly before become more serious about the dia situation that she so desperately need assistance with.

"I need help, my little sister Saphire is in a desprate situation- She's being held hostage in her home and my parents are away and I can't reach them and even if I did they wouldn't come back in time-" Emeraled was cut off from her frantic rambling by Rusty walking over to her to calm her down as well as Alex.

"Em calm down now, what can we do to help Saphy?"
