When Asuna woke up at ten o'clock in the morning, she found that Kirito was reheating some of the previous day's dinner. She was not aware that they had slept in each him arms for half the night.
When breakfast was over, they played a quick game of cards so the boy could leave...although they would surely make a martyr of him by putting one foot inside his own house.
-If you are sad I want you to remember me, no matter how little, I will be there for you. -Kirito said, giving Asuna a little kiss on the hand, and then smiled and left the way he had come the night before.
-Kirito...thank you.
-You have nothing to thank me for... I just did what was in my heart, nothing more.
Before entering the garden of his house, his mother waited for him with all the anger in the world, she didn't even let him explain for a moment, she ordered him to enter the house and once the door was closed, she gave him a shout that almost caused his ears to burst.
Suguha likewise rebuked his brother, it was enough that "that person" did not spend Christmas with them, and how could he also leave them alone? She didn't think that was fair at all.
-Can you let me speak now?
Yes! -They exclaimed mother and daughter.
-A friend was alone...when I arrived at his house, he was crying because he had no one to celebrate Christmas with, he couldn't leave it like that, what did they want me to do?
-Invite him to dinner, genius. -Suguha replied.
-Ah... I should have thought of that. -A donkey brayed in the background at that obvious answer... that the boy hadn't thought of. -But then again, who knows if he would have wanted to come to dinner with us! So I think I did the right thing.
-Sigh, when you left you said it was something "I can't let go". -His mother replied.
-Exactly, how could I leave one of my friends alone like a dog with no one at Christmas? The truth is, I didn't want to sleep with him, but he insisted.
-Are you sure you like women, Onii-chan? -Suguha scoffed.
-Ah! What kind of stupid questions do you ask? Of course I like women, I love them, they turn me on!
-Good, good. You've made your point...but in the end what you did wasn't so bad, just try to make it clear to me what you're going to do next time.
Already with the scolding and the apology received and accepted, Kirito went to bed, which didn't have the characteristic smell of Asuna's bed, which was already so loved by the boy.
Asuna was just making her bed, noticing that one of the sheets had fallen on the floor, so she picked it up without giving it the importance it had had the previous night.
That barrier that divided both of them was broken, allowing them to be embraced sharing the same heat in the same place.
Finally, when she was about to finish making her bed, Asuna remembered the kiss on her hand, blushing slightly but not in be ashamed.
In one way or another she had gotten used to blushing because of Kirito, which was something that happened almost every day. Then came the memories of the play in the romantic scenes between Jacques and Silvia, which the boy overreacted to make himself understood as to where he wanted to take things with him.
But, not being sure what she felt, Asuna could not accept if the boy was flirting with her, which was something very evident to her as soon as the last six months.
Even the most inexperienced person in love would find out that Kirito was flirting with his teacher, Asuna herself knew this...but she preferred not to accept it.
