"Yeah?" Oliver tells the person behind the door. Lizzie still wouldn't leave her fathers side and was now watching TV and hugging the stuffed bear she had brought from the island. She slept with it every night. She was watching Scooby-Doo again. So far it was her favorite show, her favorite character was Scooby-doo, she too liked food. Diggle walked in. "Thank you for coming. Shut the door."
"I guess it was just a matter of time before the police caught up with you," Diggle walked into the room, closing the door behind him.
"Except they didn't," Oliver sits back in his chair. Lizzie sends her father a look before going back to her show.
"Oliver, they got you on video," Diggle tries. Lizzie rolls her eyes, camera's have gotten him before and look where he is. Back home.
"I knew the security camera was there just like I knew the police would review the footage and arrest me," Oliver says. "All part of the plan."
That's one crazy plan, Lizzie signs to herself.
"So you wanted to get arrested?" Diggle asked in disbelief.
"Well, I returned to Starling City and a few days later, the vigilante appears. Sooner or later, somebody was gonna make the connection," Oliver tells him.
"Yeah. I told you to wait a week, maybe a month. But, no, you just had to do it a few days after you came," Lizzie tells her father in Russian,
"Lizzie, now is not the time," Oliver says quietly, knowing it was the truth.
"So what part of serving yourself up to the cops will help you avoid going to prison for the rest of your life?" Diggle asked, not going to question what Lizzie said in Russian.
"There's more to it," Oliver says.
"Well, there better be, for sake because your family is freaking out downstairs. Oliver, your mother and your sisterjust got you back and now you're gonna put them through a trial, maybe even worse? And your daughter, what's she gonna do when you go into that prison?" Diggle asked him. "Don't you care."
"Of course, I care," Oliver replies. Lizzie rolls her eyes and mouths with her fathers. "The mission comes first."
"Who is he?" Diggle asked.
"Leo Mueller. German arms dealer. SUspected in the theft of a hundred M249 squad Automatic Weaponds," Oliver says. Lizzie wasn't paying to much attention. Her father wouldn't let her fight, she was too young. But to honest, she didn't want to fight. She's seen what it did to her father. But since she knew how to, she would k=only use it when she needed to.
"Okay," Diggle says, not knowing what to do with the information.
"Last night he arrived in Starling City to sell the guns," Oliver continues.
"Oliver, donn't you imagine there's enough trouble you're in this week than to go after this guy?" Diggle tells him.
"I imagine what would happen if a street gang got their hands on military grade hardware. I imagine out city's streets turned into a war zone," Oliver said.
"But you're under house arrest, Oliver which means you can't just go after this guy."
"Look, for now I would just like you to shadow Mueller. I would like you to track his movements. I wanna know where the buy is happening," Oliver says.
"Okay," Diggle says slowly. "And how am I supposed to track him?"
"Well, you know us billionaire vigilantes... we do love our toys," Oliver says with a smile. Lizzie's smile grew as she heard her fathers sentence. She gets to go back to the cave! Even if she wouldn't leave her father's side, she left her bag there with her books. And she's trying out a new series called 'The Magic Treehouse'. She thought it would be fun to try. Besides, Walter got her the whole series a few weeks ago. All. Of. The. Books. It filled up a whole shelf in the room. She had nothing better to do, all she did was tumble outside, watch TV, play with her toys and that was it. Occasionally helping her father out with his vigilanty-ing-ing. She would be willing to go to the cave, den, place, hideout, with Diggle. She could tell him about her TV show. Or the books, she was only one chapter, which she started last week. She hadn't gotten far.

Sorry everyone for the 3 week wait! School stared two weeks ago for me and some of the classes have already started with like 100 pt projects. And I am also upset because I have a D in one class and two C's while the rest are A's and I am a straight A student. Anyway, I will try and post more but I have to create a rythem for me to balance school, homework, cheer, and free time, and working out. And cleaning my that looked like a tornado ran through them. And on top of that chores and I might get my electronics taken away for being late on chores besides just using them for school. Fuuun.
So anyway, have a good time where ever you are at!
Bella out! ~ Peace!
