It's my priviledge to congratulate you all for this successful mission you have done...risking your own lives just to serve your own country...a share of toss for that". there marine generals smiling widely to everybody who are so proud of their sucessful mission against MILF. they all raise their  glasses of drinks to celebrate their success and everyone were smiling from ear to ear.

Allison with her two buddies having their own moment in somewhere hidden corner of the room and she’s about to drink when someone got her attention. Capt. Ramos approaching.

“sir”. both of them got their respect to their superior. then Ramos give  them a playful smile and nod to carry on.

“I thought alcohol is not good for someone who’s still in recovery, isn’t it?”. biglang puna nito kay Al na tahmik at tumungga ng inumin. kaya napalingon siya dito at kibit balikat na sinagot ang kanyang superior. “ well, I think I am not included with that information you had sir”. then smiling annoyingly while her eyes looking at her glass like she got her answer on it.

Mike and Jay just simply laugh of how stubborn Allison is. “kahit naman pigilan mo yan sir di naman patitinag yan”. segunda ni Jay. nang patungga na ng isa pang lagok ng inumin si Allison biglang tumunog ang kanyang smartphone kaya dinukot niya ito sa pagkakasiksik sa kanyang bulsa. her heart start to pump fast when she got to read the sender and she simply smirk by justreading it.

napatawa siya nang makitang di pa pala niya napapalitan ang screen name nito sa contact niya at sa nabasa niyang huling sinabi nito mas napangiti siya at parang ang gaan lang sa pakiradamdam. pero di niya planong magpakita kay Mathew sa mga araw na ito dahil gusto niyang mapag-isa at plano niya umuwi sa Baguio. di na siya magtataka kung saan nito nakuha ang inpormasyon na tapos na ang gawa nila.. knowing she got two jerks with her.

she silently curse her own self when see realized what see just did. she’s acting like a teenager sending corny iconic message. Malamang pinagtatawanan na siya ni Mathew. pilit niyang baliwalain na wag nang hintayin ang reply nito pero habang nakikipag kwentuhan siya kela Jayden maya’t maya ang silip niya sa kanyang phone.

“acting weird just for a reply”. napalingon siya kay Ramos na pasimpleng lumalagok ng alak. “never thought Allison will act like a normal woman,an eager to see his lover”. sabay ngisi nito at nilingon siya.

she’s smiling fakely and meet his gaze. nakakailang ang tingn nito. or should it be intimidating. “I think it’s my own thing to figure out Capt.”.

inisang lagok na lang niya ang natirang  wine sa kanyang baso at tumayo ng maayos saka sumaludo kay Ramos. nang makahuma ay tumalikod na siya sabay lakad palabas ng convention hall. this kind of gatherings actually bores her. she might prefer a car racing just to cut the boredom but too bad di pa siya pwedeng magmaniubra ng ganun ka intense na driving.

“oh Bok san ka pupunta”. narinig nyang tawag ni Mike. she just raise her hand and wave. nasa parking lot na siya at may hinihintay na darating nang biglang sumulpot and dalawa na kampanteng naglalakad. “ ihahatid ka na namin bok”. kalmadong sambit ni Jay sabay pindot sa remote para iunlock ang kotse nito na ilang hakbang lang ang layo.
