"Welcome, you may come in." He walked in and looked around.

"It's nice to meet you Amor. I've heard so much about you."

"It's nice to meet you too. My mom has told me a lot about you as well. Come this way to the dining room." He walked to the dining room and my mom brung out 2 plates of food. She placed one in front of me and one in front of him. She walked behind him and kissed his cheek.

"Your home is so lovely. It's flawless. Well not all the way. What's that stain over there on the carpet?" He was pointing to the living room carpet where Jack was standing, when he broke in. That weird black goop that was dripping out of his blue mask got onto the floor. Mia and Sophia tried to help me clean it up the other day, but it was hard. There's still a little stain left. I'm surprised someone noticed.

Ma turned around and looked at it as well. "Amor, did you make that stain?"

The man got up and walked over. He touched the carpet and swayed his hand back and forth on it. He then kneeled down and smelled it. How weird. "I think this is tar. How tar got in here is beyond me."

So tar was leaking from Jack's mask. I don't understand. Who would put tar on their mask. The man got up and sat back down at the table.

"Hey sir, what is your name?"

"People just like to call me Smiley. It's my nickname since I smile so much." Weirdest name I've ever heard.

My mom came out of the kitchen with her plate. We all said our grace and began eating. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection. Ma really out does herself. If she didn't go into computer engineering she should've been a chef.

"Now tell me Amor, what is the origin behind your name."

"Amor means love in spanish. My mom decided to name me that because I'm the walking proof of her love. It's sweet I guess."

A smirk grew on Smiley's face. "You have no idea." We went back to eating. A few minutes passed and I was curious. I mean my mom really scored at getting a doctor as her boyfriend.

"Hey Smiley, what is your favorite part about your job?"

"I love performing operations on people. I'm blessed with a steady hand. I can cut people open with precision. Opening patients up and staring at their anatomy is like a game. I know everything there is to know about the human body. I guess you can say the surgery is my favorite part." I didn't even know what to say about that. I just nodded my head and tried to eat my broccoli before I lost my appetite.

My mom loved what he said. She scooted closer to him and whispered "So you know everything about the human body. Maybe you should stay over one night and play with mine."

After hearing that I definitely lost my appetite. I don't want to imagine my mom having sex with this goof. I got up to dismiss myself from the table. "Honey, where are you going?"

"I'm just going to go back up to my room."

"We were going to play a game first."

"What game?" Smiley went under the table and picked something up. He pulled out a board game. I leaned over to get a better look at it. Oh lord, it was Operation. How convenient. I sat back down at the table. He pulled the game out of the box.

Smiley looked at me and said "Let's make this interesting. Whoever gets to 1,000 points gets to ask anyone in the circle a question. The person that has to answer the question has to be honest." Me and ma looked at each other and agreed. I'm a little nervous. I hope they don't ask me any serious questions. Smiley slid the game towards me, I picked up a card. On the front of it was a picture of a broken heart. It was worth 700 points. I picked up the tweezers and tried to pull it out. I was so nervous, Smiley was staring intensely at my hands. I removed it successfully. I pushed the game over to ma. She pulled out a card that had a picture of an apple. It was worth 300 points.  She moved the tweezers over to the man's adam's apple. "Buzzzzzzz" She didn't get it. Ma pushed the game over to Smiley. He picked up a card and turned it over. It was the bread basket card worth 1,000 points. It's his first turn and he already got the best card. I hope he messes it up. He picked up the tweezers and removed the bread basket out of the lower stomach. Oh crap there was no buzz.

"I told you guys. I have a steady hand." He glanced at me and smiled. "So, Amor, tell me what really happened to the carpet."

That was probably the worst thing he could have said. How was I supposed to tell them without them freaking out. Oh there was a man who broke into the house with his giant 6 feet mutant pet. He was the one who killed our neighbor and he tried to kill me too. The black stain on the floor came from tar dripping out of the blue mask he was wearing. No no no. That sounds absolutely crazy. How was I going to tell them.

Ma looked concerned and her face grew mad. "Amor, you've been quiet for way too long. Tell me what happened to the carpet."

I looked up at her hesitantly "A friend came over and something he had on him must've spilled onto the floor. I'm sorry." At least I didn't lie, I just left some things out.

"Amor Kapoor! How could you. I told you not to invite anyone over. Especially not boys, you need to be careful anything could have happened to you."

"I know ma, in my defense I didn't invite him over. He just showed up here, I had no idea."

"Was it Mr.Knights?" She was referring to Chaz. His full name is Chaz Knights.

"No, it wasn't him."

"Ok well still, you will get your phone taken. I do not want you sneaking around with boys. Your grandmother had me very young because she didn't listen to her parents. I'm not saying teen pregnancy is bad because all child birth is beautiful but she struggled as a teen mother. My father disappeared and she had to take care of me all by herself."

Smiley opened his mouth. "So, he had tar in his pocket or something? Why would he have that?"
