Chapter 17

I woke up a few hours later. I checked the date it was still Wednesday. This day has been the longest day ever. It was 10 pm. I got up from the bunk bed and walked into the living room.

"Amor, you're finally awake." Mia said while heating up some popcorn. It smelt so good. There was a television screen in the middle of the living room. I already know that Ben can get through it but thank goodness it's only visible if I press a button on the wall. It's one of those fancy cabinets that sit on the floor but the tv can rise out of it. As long as it was still in the cabinet we were safe. I'm guessing not for long though. Mia walked over with the popcorn in a bowl. "I'm about to watch a scary movie you should stay here and watch it with me."

I smiled. "Ok Mia, what movie are we picking?"

"Let me think. Ahhh. What about The Ring!"

"Oh no. Please no." The Ring only reminded me of how Ben climbed out of my laptop the first time I met him. That's some scary shit.

"Ok amiga, you choose between IT and Saw VII"

Hmmmmm. IT is about a creepy ass clown and Saw is about a psychopath torturing people. "Turn on IT, Saw is way too graphic." I hit the button on the wall to make the tv rise out of the cabinet. I do hope Ben doesn't show up. I'm still traumatized by seeing that blood run from his eyes. I just want to enjoy myself for once. I only met Ej for the first time last Thursday and already they've thrown me into their mess. I want nothing to do with it.

I relaxed myself and took a handful of popcorn out of the bowl. Me and Mia scooted closer to each other. We were in a cabin in the middle of the woods with no technology whatsoever watching a horror movie. It wasn't the best idea but I feel more safe here than I did with those freaks.

Mia had already went back to our room when the movie was over. I was still on the couch. I turned on the show Friends. My favorite character is Rachel. She's such a klutz. I heard the door open. I didn't even bother to look back. "Hey, dad how was your day?"

I heard his footsteps get closer and closer behind me. I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked up. I saw the person was wearing a blue mask and a blue hood. I immediately got up to face the stranger. "Who are you?".

The boy pulled off the mask and I analyzed his face. It was hard to see because it was so dark. "Jack is that you?" I heard a deep chuckle from the boy. "Nice to see you again Amor." I sighed in relief. "Don't scare me like that. You almost gave me a heart attack." Ej walked closer to me. He got even closer to the point where his body was against mine. I could feel his abs against me. He looked down at me as he smirked. He was so tall and good looking. I couldn't look away.

"Wh- w- what are you doing here Jack. I left to get away from the drama. I didn't think I would see you again for a long time."

"I know Ben told me all about it. We're not freaks. We're just different. We're a unique and powerful team. Just give us a chance. We'll make it up to you."

I said in a soft tone. "You guys scare me. You're bad people."

"I'll show you how to not be scared, Amor." Jack pulled a strand of my hair behind my ear. He leaned down closer to my face. I was blushing so hard. My face was heated and red. Our faces were aligned with each other's. Only a few inches apart. This was the closest he's ever been to my face besides the time I fell on top of him after he got hit by that car. His lips were so close. They were pink and plump. I wanted to kiss them so bad. I closed my eyes as he leaned in. His lips brushed against mine. He did this repeatedly for a while. I grew tired of the teasing. I was ready to embrace him fully. I took a step and leaned in even closer. We kissed. Not only kissed but it was a passionate kiss. I opened my mouth as his tongue entered. Our tongues were dancing in each other's mouth. I wanted this since the first time I saw him. The kiss became heavy. I moaned a few times. It was hard to not be able to hold it back. Not even Xavier could kiss like this. Jack picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist. He laid me down on the couch and got on top of me. He pulled away from our kiss and began to kiss me down my neck. It tickled me and sent shivers through my body. He trailed his kisses down to my chest and lifted my shirt to go down my stomach. He led them all the way to the hum of my pants. My breathing became heavy. I placed my hand on his head. My fingers ran through his silky brown hair. I've never experienced so much physical contact like this before. He pulled off my sweat pants. My red lace underwear was visible. I was shy and nervous about this but it felt so right. I never even thought about sex before this moment. He made me feel incredible without even trying. He crawled back up to my face and kissed me again. He got up and walked towards the tv. I was confused. "I'm sorry Amor." All of a sudden a figure began climbing out of the tv. Jack was helping them. The figure landed on the ground. It was no other than Ben. "Looks like the bitch is no longer afraid." Ben was in his true form without the Eye of Providence. His eyes glowed. It reminded me of Rudolph's nose. He walked over to me while I tried to cover myself up. I was still in my panties. My sweatpants were across the room. The last thing I saw was him opening his mouth to show his razor sharp teeth as he bit into my face.
