"WRONG THOUGHT"

I met Joohyun in my friend's party.

The time my eyes landed on her, I already know she was meant for me so I quickly made a move and didn't waste any split of seconds.

We get to know each other until I found out she felt the same way for me.

Months had passed.

I courted her for a months and she finally answered me.

We started dating for how many years.

Since we've been in a relationship so long, nagplano akong pakasalan siya.

Isang gabi, nag-propose ako sa kaniya at nakita ko kung gaano siya kasaya ng gabing 'yon sabay sinabi niya sa akin na, matagal na daw niyang hinintay na mag-propose ako.

And we got married.

We were so happy until one day, there was something we found out about her condition.

She has a stage 4 brain cancer.

Kailangan niya ng mas malaking suporta ng medikal kaya kahit labag sa aming kalooban, umalis siya ng bansa patungo sa America.

We still communicate and on touch but...

Months had passed, she never answered my calls and emails.

Sinubukan ko nalang intindihin dahil baka mas kailangan niyang magpahinga para bumuti ang kaniyang kalagayan.

But I think 11 months without her replies was too much.

I tried to call her again but she didn't answer any of my calls.

I started to think, what if...

She didn't survive...

Ayoko mang isipin pero 'yon lagi ang pumapasok sa aking isipan hanggang dumating ang oras na ako'y tuluyan nang sumuko.

"Joohyun is gone..." Lisa hopelessly whispered while staring lost on Joohyun's picture.

She begun to believe that Joohyun is gone to stop hurting her own self. Because whenever she thinks about Joohyun, her heart was just crushing into a million pieces.

In her mind...

In her heart...

Joohyun is gone.

Muli niyang pinunasan ang kaniyang mga luha at marahang tumayo mula sa kama.

She opened her drawer and grabbed a gun before sitting back on the bed.

"There's no purpose of living here if Joohyun is gone... if my life is already gone. I better die too and be with her in second life." itinaas niya ang baril at itinutok ito sa kaniyang sintido.

She slowly closed her eyes making her tears to rolled down on her cheeks.

"Happy 7th wedding anniversary my love..." she weakly muttered and sadly smiled.

"Miss Bae, you survived from your cancer!" a good news from the doctor came up making Joohyun cried in happiness.

She was very excited to go back in Korea and surprise Lisa after treating her cancer in almost a year.

Her phone rang and she quickly picked up the call with a wide smile never leaved her face.

"Joohyun..." a faint sobs and cracking voice greeted her.

"Chaeng are you cryi-"

"L-Lisa was found dead in her room."

But Jennie was seemed the one who got surprised.
