Forgiving And Forgetting

We spent the rest of the day with Jake he was our little fighter and I just know he will pull through everything is banking on this test from Stan I just hope he does it, I think the whole Stan thing hasn't really sunk in yet and I think it's all because of Jake if it wasn't the fact that all my emotions have to be suppressed until he gets better I think I would have been a lot more pusses about the situation but as I have learnt from this life is too short and you must grab it with two hands because once a life has gone it's gone forever, so I'm going to forgive and forget but I don't think I'll tell mother just yet though I think I'll let her dwell on this moment so she never lies to me again.

"Hugh I love you and forgive you I know you were in a very difficult position."

"Oh thank you so much baby, I love you  so much and can't wait till your my wife."

"When do you want to?"

"As soon as possible baby."

"Ok get Luke and Lisa and we will do it Saturday ok."

"What in 2 days Alex, what about the preparations that's too short if a time."

"There only needs to be me, you and two witnesses we don't need any one else."

"But what about your mother she will be so upset."

"Well I was thinking we could have it here and not tell anyone then when Jake is better we could do it all properly what do you think?"

"I think you are the most incredible woman that I have ever met and you are the best thing that's ever happened to me and I can't wait to be your husband."

"Great then that's the plan!"

My beautiful boy and my handsome husband to be cradling him in his arms we are perfect and I'm glad to have both of them in my life.

We arrived at home around 8pm I was exhausted and hated leaving him there but I'm glad he is safe and out of  the danger zone for now but if he gets the slightest infection his little body might not be able to fight it off that's why he is staying there until he gets his transplant.
