Chapter 32 - Tawan

I don't have anything to say because I've been absent again for a long time.

I keep on saying that I'll finish this but unable to as I'm always doing a lot of things.

So well, this is the side of Tay during the accident.

After hearing the news of New's accident, Tay didn't think twice to leave the conference room. The ongoing meeting has been postponed and no one dared to asked why as it clearly shows why their Boss need to go.

For the first week, Tay didn't leave New's side. The condition of New is breaking Tay's heart. Bruises and casted foot. They were so happy before he leaves but then why did this happen?

On the 13th day, New's parents arrived. Finally. He wanted to ask them 'Why now?' but who is he to ask that. Especially there's no clarity if they accept him for their son. 

(A/N: 13 is not always an unlucky number)

As soon as New's parent arrival they made sure to talk to the doctor who's in charge of their son. They've decided to stay as they don't know when will he wake up.

Tay received a call from Mist. He excused himself and went outside the room.

"New needs me here, Mist. I can't just go." Tay reasoned out. Frustrated that he can't do anything and just wait. Going back now is like giving up all the days he's been beside him.

"New won't go anywhere, P'Tay. We don't even know when he'll be awake. You can ask his docto to inform when he does."

"But Mist..."

"P'! This is also important." Mist sounds frustrated already.

"If you won't come home then say goodbye to your company. The board of directors are doubting already. You need to come back."

This made his blood boil. After all this time, they used this opportunity to stab him while he's not looking. Now, he's torn between his company and being with Newwiee.

Just as he's about to think carefully on what to do, New's mother went out of the room. with eyes directly on him.

"I'll call you later, Mist."

He didn't even wait for his cousin to answer and just end the call.

"Ma, New's awake already." Tay's about to enter the room but New's mother stop him. And shakes his head.

"Looks like you're having trouble." The older woman observed the younger man's expression.

"It's just the company. But I can still stay for a few more days," he reasoned out but at the back of his mind he's already thinking about wants happening to his company because of Mist's news.

"You can go now. Thank you for staying beside our son while we're not here," she firmly said but there's still worriedness visible on her eyes.

Tay sighed heavily. Wanting to tell them that he'll stay. But with the way Mrs Thitipoom showing her gratitude, this is the end. Even though Tay's parents have accepted New but in New's part it's clear as day that his parent are not.

"Ma..."

"I allow you to call me Ma because you're my friend's son," Mrs Thitipoom cut him off. "Not because I accept your relationship with my son," she continued.
