Chapter 11 - New Life

Newwiee starts his day with a smile. He's been practicing to be optimistic as much as possible. He's been doing his training for a month now and already have a fixed routine before going to his office.

His first destination is the café for his blend of coffee. He loves sweets but still needs a little kick of bitterness to his taste buds then back to his office. For a change, he decided to take strolling. Following the stone pathway. Few meters from where he is, a group of people getting ready for a wedding. It's their first time to cater a wedding by the beach. Of course, that was his idea.

He suddenly felt sadness remembering some memories at that place. The rock boulders where he gets to have it to himself but now being shown to others. It's a way to cover the unpleasant bruise.

He turned back and just after a few steps, someone bumped into him. He bumped him intentionally.

"Hi there cutie." The guy grinned widely showing his full white teeth. He's a few inches taller than him with tanned skin. Looks natural. But he's not interested at all.

He walked passed him but ended up him blocking his way. He glared at him to scooch aside for him go away. But the guy just stands firm in front of him. He rolled his eyes and again passed him. But ended up stopping again.

"Let me buy you a drink. Name's Earth." Earth offered his hand to him but only look at it.

"I already have one." Showing his cup of coffee higher for him to see.

"It's empty."

"Not." His eyebrows almost connected.

"Yes it is." He took his coffee cup and swiftly putting in on the tray of a waiter that's passing through them. Perfect timing. "Now it's gone."

He groaned. Frustration registered to his face wanting to shout at him but stops himself. He's still a guest. He puts on his professional smile and faced him.

"Thank you for visiting our resort. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to tell the staff. Goodbye." He's about to walk away when he heard him talk.

"For a staff, you're rude. What's your name? Where is the manager of this resort? I'll report this to your management." Even with a serious face, New can see through him using its privilege to counter-attack him. But he's not backing out.

"What seems to be the problem, sir." In a very professional tone, he asked.

"I need to talk to your employer." He insisted. Still fooling around. He just goes with the flow.

"I don't have one." Confidently answering him.

"Are you telling me that you own the resort? Now you're imposing to own this place. I should report this to the police." Taking out his phone as if dialing the number.

New called one of the waiters who's on his way to deliver a customer's order on one of the cottages.

"Ask him." Putting the waiter in between them who is confused about what's going on.

"He's an impostor, right?" Earth asked the waiter leaning close for him not to hear what he just asked. The waiter shakes his head as an answer.

"He's the only son of the resort's owners and already managing the place." The waiter informed the tall guy.

"Go deliver those juice." He said and let go of the waiter to do its task.

"Interesting." He heard Earth as he rubs his chin. "Let's be friends. I haven't yet had a friend who owns a resort. This will be fun. My friends are either company owners, artists or just spoiled brats. A resort owner is first." Excitedly telling him about his circle of friends. The nerve!

"I'm good. Thank you."

"Come one. At least tell me your name." He begs like a child.

He rolled his eyes. For a tall and tan skinned guy to act like this is something. He suddenly remembered..... STOP!!! You didn't just think of him! Shaking his head fast that made him slightly dizzy.

"What? I can't even get your name? Stingy brat." For a moment he forgot that someone. He offered his hand to the guy before telling his name.

"Newwiee Thitipoom. Nice to meet you." Earth accepts his hand and shakes it. The guy will be able to know it sooner or later once ask the staffs anyway why not tell him already. Right then and there.

"Earth Pirapat Watthanasetsiri. Your P'Earth at your service." He bowed still holding my hand and kissed the back of it. This made Newwiee stiff because of Earth's gesture.

"Then P'Earth, I need to go." He walked passed him and thankfully Earth didn't block his way.

"Don't ignore me! We're friends now!" Earth shouts as he walked along. He shakes his head as he rolled his eyes. Think whatever he wants.

Such an interesting lad. Looking amused as his 'new friend' walks away from him. Yeah. He's eager to not get associate to him. But that makes him want to be close to Newwiee.

"Hey Earth!" He's too focused to be able to notice his brother and a felt a smack behind his head. He glared to his brother who's standing tall both hand on his hips. "Stop flirting and get to work. You're the best man yet you're always missing!" He complained.

"P'Mont! I'm not. I just made a friend. That's all." Which is true. He can't get mad to this man because today is his day. The main reason that he's at this resort. But he does have side trips. He's at a fucking beach.

"NO! You're doing it again. Behave." Warning him on his escapades.

He groaned and as he walked going to where the wedding is gonna be held. But he doesn't have a choice anyway. But still, have a good feeling. Meeting Newwiee is something.

"I will. No worries." He continues walking just to get away from him.

"I also invited Podd." He stopped upon hearing the name. Looked back with squints his eyes.

Why would his brother invite a bastard to his wedding?

As soon as he gets back home, Tay was welcomed by his whole family. He surprised that his family is complete to welcome him. Like its planned. And yes, they really did plan it. But sad to say he's not in the mood to celebrate whatever his family doing. His mind is still left at the resort with Newwiee. He leaves the place with a heavy feeling and as time passed by there's not a single day he didn't think of him.

How are you, bae? I don't know what I did wrong but I hope you're doing well. He prayed hard hoping New be able to hear it.
