In the woods

I went to my uncles house because he's a wizard and I had no where else to go he was a death eater and knew about Voldemort using me against draco.
" you know if you stay with this boy he will end up killing you" he said as I sat down for dinner
" he will become one of us and his first task will be to kill you" he said
" I don't care" I snapped
" well I do I'm not going to watch you die all for a selfish little brat of a boy" he shouted
" he's not a selfish brat" I shouted and ran upstairs and into the guest bedroom I was staying in. I grabbed my broom from the wall and got on it and opened the window I got on my broom and flew out the window. I flew over the woods that my uncle lived in I know I wasn't allowed but no ones about so who's to know. I flew about a bit before I came back in the house it was my birthday tomorrow so I decided to go to bed early.

Draco pov
I woke up and grabbed y/n birthday present and flew out the window on my broom once I got to her uncles house I knocked on the front door. Her uncle answered and he didn't seem happy to see me.
" I'm guessing you want to see y/n" he said
" yep" I said
" you can come in she's just getting dressed" he said
I walked in and sat on the sofa in the living room and her uncle sat next to me.
" your killing her by staying with her" he said
I put my head down.
" If you loved her you wouldn't do that" he said
" they know that even if I ignored her that I still care for her so they will use her anyway" I said
Y/n came down stairs she looked beautiful she was wearing a black knee length dress and her hair was straightened. I stood up and walked over to her and handed her the box I had in my hands. She opened it and put the emerald necklace on she hugged me and I didn't want her to let go.
" it's beautiful" she said " do you want to go for a walk" she said
" I want you back for tea" her uncle said and we walked out the door.
We walked into the woods and draco put his arm round me we walked for ages in silents until draco turned and stood in front of me he looked and me for a second and hugged me.
" I'm sorry for everything" he whispered in my neck he didn't let go for ages and I didn't know what to say.
He pulled out the hug and he had been crying because he had tear marks down his cheek.
I wiped them away with my sleeve and looked into his grey but warm eyes.
" Im sorry you will be the one in pain in the end" I said " I will be gone" I said and kissed his lips they where cold but soft he put his hand on the back of my head and his other arm round my waist pulling me closer to him.
" I'm not going to let you go" he said and looked into my eyes
"You know you can't do that" I said " but at lest you will know someone truly loved you" I said and put my head back on his shoulder still hugging him.
" If i could I would run away with you but they would find me" he said
" at least we have the Yule ball when we go back to school" I said " still don't know who I'm going to go with" I giggled " I think maybe Harry" I said
He laughed and put his hand on my cheek and kissed me.
During the holidays draco didn't come and visit again but I knew he probably got caught sneaking back in the night of my birthday.
I grabbed my suit case and went down stairs and my uncle was eating breakfast.
" Can't you just fly to the train station" he said
" no I'm not allowed to use magic outside of school until I'm seventeen" I laughed
" fine go get in the car" he said
I liked his car as he flew it everywhere I sat in the front seat and waited for him. He came out and sat in the front and pulled out his wand and whispered something and we came off the ground. We flew over the forest and above the train station he parked on the roof and we climbed down the side of the building.
We got on the ground and he hugged me.
" if that boy of your hurts you in anyway I will break him for you" he laughed
I giggle and went in once I got to the train I found my usual carriage at the back of the train. I sat down and not long after blasie and Theo came in and sat across from me.
" hey" they said
" who you guys going with to the Yule ball" I said
" Luna" Theo said
" haven't asked anyone yet" blasie said
Draco came in and looked in a mood he sat next to me and didn't say anything.
" hey" I said
" hi" he said in a grumpy tone
I ignored it and looked out the window as the train began to move and all the family's went out of view.
" you ok draco" Theo said
" I'm fine" he snapped
" Draco what's up" I said
" nothing I just"he said
" what" I said holding his arm
" I'm two years I'll become one of them" he said
" so let's just enjoy these two years" I said
Once we arrived at the castle I walked up to the slitherin common room with the three of them and we all fell into the couch.
" what are you wearing to the Yule ball" Theo said looking at me
"You'll see" I said
" can't wait" draco said
" we are going to go before you two start you know" Theo said and the two of them got up and went to the boys dorms.
Draco grabbed my arm and pulled me into his room he locked the door and pushed me into the wall and pushed himself against me and kissed down my neck and shoulder. He slid his had down my thigh and spun me round and pushed me onto his bed. He climbed on top of me and took my shirt off. he grabbed both my arms and put them above my head and held them with one hand. He bit my lip and worked his way down to my belly and left a mark on the side of my neck.
