On the edge

I suddenly appeared in the slitherin common I can't believe there going to attack hogwarts why would they do that. Harry I thought to myself Voldemort wants to kill Harry. The next morning I put my robes on and walked downstairs to class. I sat next to Luna and Harry I wanted to tell him but I couldn't I'd get draco in trouble. It was nearly the end of year again so I don't know when there going to do it.
After class I walked down the corridor to the hall I looked over where Fred and George where sat and they both winked at me I laughed and sat down. I heard a bang outside the hall and dumbledor got up and ran toward the hall door. Him and professor mcgonigall rushed out the room and the hall door slammed behind them. The twins got up and ran to the door so I got up and followed them out into the hall. We followed dumbledor and mcgonigall quietly as they walked out to the main entrance. We looked outside as mcgonigall began putting a protection spell around the castle.
" what's going on" Fred whispered
" Voldemort" I whispered back
We watched as a see through dome was formed round the castle.

Draco pov
All the death eaters and Voldemort stood on top of a hill facing the castle. A protection spell spread over the castle and Voldemort turned to face us all.
" we will begin" he said and turned back to face the castle.
He lifted his wand and a green spark came out of it and hit the dome covering the castle. Everyone else began doing the same until the dome broke.
" get me potter"Voldemort said and everyone began running toward the castle.
I ran with them until we got to the entrance I ran inside with the rest of them but split off from them to look for y/n.
" y/n" I shouted down one of the halls
" Draco" I heard her shout and she ran round the corner.
I ran up to her and spun her round.
I felt a pain rush through through me suddenly and I fell to the floor.
" Draco what is going on hear" I heard Voldemort say
" y/n lovely y/n" he said
He walked over to her and turned to face me.
" get up" he snapped As I stood up
" I think this thing has gone on a little to long" he said
" Draco it's now either I kill you or you kill her" he said slowly grinning
I looked over at her and she nodded at me.
"Do it" he snapped
I walked over to her and put my wand on her neck. A tear dropped down her cheek and she shut her eyes. I felt my eyes water up but I couldn't cry.
" i love you" she whispered
" I love you too" I said
" get on with it" Voldemort shouted
" avada kadavra" Bellatrix said pointing her wand at y/n
She fell to the floor and I dropped to the side of her.
"No no no no no" I said
My eyes began streaming with tears and I pulled her close to me and hugged her.
"Get up draco" my farther said behind me
" NO" I shouted through tears
My chest began to hurt and my eyes went red.
I looked at her life less face and remembered the first time I'd met her on the train and the last time I kissed her. I got up and ran up to the astronomy tower past all the fighting. I stood over one of the balcony's and my tears dropped onto the railing. I jumped over the railing and stood on the very edge of the tower.
" I love you y/n" I whispered under my breath
I jumped off the edge and began falling rapidly until I hit the floor and it went black.
