14th birthday

I got home and walked up to my bedroom I put my suitcase in the corner of my bedroom and sat on my bed. I looked at my suitcase and there was a letter poking out the top of it I walked over to it and pulled it out.

My birthday was tomorrow so i put the letter on my desk there was a small box in there to so I put that with the letter. I walked down stairs and sat next to my mum on the sofa still attempting to ignore the pain in my side.
" so how's you and that boy going"she said
" fine" I said akwardly
" when will I get to meet him" she said
" I don't know" I said shrugging my shoulders
" he might come over sometime while where here" I said
" are you alright you just a bit quiet" she said
" I'm fine" I lied and got up and walked back upstairs.
It was the morning of my 14th birthday I got up and grabbed the letter and the small box on my side. I sat down and opened the letter

I smiled and opened the box there was a silver bracelet shaped like a snake I put it on my wrist it fit perfectly. I walked down stairs and into they kitchen.
" happy birthday" my mum said and hugged me
" what's this" she said holding my arm
" Draco got me it" I said
"Why a snake" she said
" it's our house symbol" I said
" come open some of you presents" she said pulling me into the living room.
My little brothers where sat next to a pile of presents I sat next to them and grabbed one of the presents I opened it and there was a new set of slithering robes and some books for charms class. Once I'd opened all my presents I walked to the kitchen.
" hey mum dracos coming over tonight" I said
" I want the bedroom door open then" she said
" what" I said
" I'm joking" she said and winked at me.
I smiled and walked upstairs I Lead down on my bed and looked at the bracelet I noticed a small symbol on the side of the bracelet I grabbed my book and looked through the pages trying to find the meaning of it. I found it and read the meaning.
A symbol which represents a love for someone or something that can't be helped nor can it be lost.
I smiled and put the book back down I heard a tap on my window behind me and I turned around. It was draco on his broom I opened the window and let him in.
" you not supposed to use magic outside of school" I said and put his broom against the wall.
" there was no other way of getting here" he said
I smiled and sat next to him on my bed.
" I love the bracelet" I said and put my head on his shoulder.
" what did your dad say when you got home" I said and looked at him
" he just shouted a bit" he said

Draco pov
She put her head on my shoulder and I saw she had the bracelet on I wonder if she saw the symbol on the side. I looked at her and kissed her softly on the lips she pushed me back and climbed on top of me. I pushed her off me and climbed on top of her I kissed her down her neck and up to her ear.
" i love you" I whispered in her ear she smiled at me and put her arms around my neck.
" I love you too" she said
I know she's trying to hide the fact that she hurt but I'm not going to do anything I just want to see if she's ok.
"Do you wanna go meet my mum" she said smiling
" sure" I said and got up she grabbed my arm and pulled me downstairs.
" I guess your draco" her mum said and hugged me.
I saw her little brothers on the couch as I walked through to the kitchen following y/n.
" so have you got any brothers or sisters" he mum said as we all sat round the dinner table
" no I'm an only child" I said
After we talked for a bit me and y/n went back upstairs.
" can I see the mark" I said I was still worrying about her " I won't say or do anything I promise" I said
" fine" she snapped
She lifted the corner of her shirt it was black and had cuts all over it.
" please go get it looked at" I said
" where not at hogwarts though" she said
" then go to a normal doctor then just please get it checked" I said
" fine but your coming with me" I said
" ok" I said
