I woke up early. Gordie woke up earlier though. Probably because he never had to guard. Teddy, Vern, and Chris were still sleeping.
I remember falling asleep next to Chris, but when I woke up he wasn't there. I didn't know where Gordie was but first I was gonna wake Chris.
I shook him gently and he sat up. "What time is it?" He asked. "I don't know. I don't have a watch." I said. "Hey, why'd you move?" I asked. "I didn't want the boys to see if they woke up. You know how they would get," He chuckled. "Yeah," I whispered. Chris stood up and got his things.
"Where's Gordie?" He asked me. "I don't know, he was gone when I woke up," I told him.
Chris pulled me into a hug. "Can we not tell anyone about last night?" I asked him. "Yea, not a problem," He replied.

Me and Chris went to look for Gordie. I went to the right and Chris went to the left.
I got to the tracks and there was Gordie. Sitting there with a deer in front of him. Wow. It was so close. I'd definitely draw that later.
"Hey Gordo!" I said after the deer walked off. "Hey Y/N! Are the guys up yet?" He asked. "Just Chris. He went to look for you over there," I said as I pointed to the left. He got up and we started to head back to our campsite.

A freight train later woke the rest of them up. I wanted to tell them about the deer, and I'm sure Gordie did too, but we didn't. I haven't told anyone until now.
