We had been walking silence for a long time. I was just watching my feet and humming to myself. I was pretty much over what had happened earlier.
All of the sudden I heard running feet behind me. Teddy ran up next to me. "Hey Y/N, I'm sorry about earlier. That was really shitty of me." He pleaded.
I turned around slightly and locked eyes with Chris. He winked at me. I knew he had forced Teddy to apologize because Teddy never apologized.
"So? Do you forgive me?" Teddy asked. "You're so stupid!" I said as I playfully punched him in the shoulder. "So is that a yes?" He asked with a grin on his face rubbing his shoulder. "I guess," I told him. "Yes!" He said as he turned around quickly and jumped. The other guys who were behind us started laughing. Chris, Vern, and Gordie walked back up to me and Teddy. We joked and teased all the way to the junkyard.
