(Y/n) and Mabel were both in Mabel's attic room, she shared with her twin brother Dipper.
"You should ask him out!" Mabel exclaimed whilst jumping on her bed.
"I can't Mabel" (y/n) sighed.
"why not ?" Mabel pouted while sitting on the edge of her bed.
"I'm way out of Dipper's league Mabel" (y/n) replied sitting beside Mabel.
"No you're not" Mabel retorted "you're just his type" she added. (Y/n) sighed before getting up off the bed.
"It started just like a movie, he was the leading man" (y/n) sang as she remembered when she met Dipper. He had been the one to strike up the conversation; since (Y/n) had been too shy.

Not that I could even properly talk to you" (y/n) rants to Mabel before turning around only to bump into the boy version of Mabel. Dipper. Mabel was laughing uncontrollably as she gets up from her bed.
"Ok, you big dorks I'm going to leave you to love birds alone.bye..." Mable said dragging out the 'e'.
(Y/n) turned her flushed red face away from the young and handsome boy as the door closed behind them.
"So, did you really mean that," Dipper asked as his voice cracked. (Y/n) nodded not turning to face Dipper. Dipper approached the young girl/boy taking a hold of their hand.
"I feel the same, you know" Dipper kept his voice low but, high enough for you to hear.
"I have for a long while now I just didn't know how to express it" he added as his voice cracked at the end. You turn around to face him.
"Me too," you say as you unexpectedly hug him, after a few seconds he hugs back. Dipper pulls away from the hug and leans in giving you a soft and tender peck on your lips; to which you return after a few seconds.
" Yay!!!" Mabel bursts through the door throwing glitter and confetti everywhere. You and Dipper laugh at Mabel's childish but cute action. You and Dipper look at each other for a few seconds.
"So, want to go steady?" Dipper asks. You chuckle softly at the old school term before smiling.
"I'd love to" you respond with a smile.
