Brielle POV

Harry got out of the carriage first and gave me his hand to help me down the stairs, holding his other arm behind his back and everything like a proper prince. I smiled at him as he took his arm from holding my hand to offering me his arm. I hooked my arm in his and whispered,

"Mirror what Bens doing"

With that Harry's eyes found Ben and sure enough perfectly mirrored his actions as we walked up the steps right next to Mal and Ben in perfect synchronization. I will say, I wasn't one to think that Mal would get so dolled up for this. Out of all people, even her dress was fancier than what Ben, Harry, and I were wearing but alright. We got up to the top of the steps where my mother and father were, doing a bow and curtesy in unison with us,

"Brielle, Ben, we just wanted to apologize-"

My dad said, my mother cutting him off by elbowing him,

"Ah alright, I'd like to apologize for blaming the scene yesterday on you two and the VKs. Brielle, you made some great points yesterday and put some things back into perspective, not to mention I will admit..."

He leaned closer to me to whisper,

"... I was too quick to judge your pirate boyfriend there"

I smiled and nodded,

"I accept your apology, don't do it again"

I said with an innocent smile but with a bit of a threatening undertone. Ben chuckled,

"I also accept your apology"

"You'll make a fine king, Ben, and you'll make a fine queen, Brielle"

My dad said before taking my mother's hand and walking her off to where they were standing. With that Ben let go of Mal and I unhooked my arm from Harry,

"You two can head through that door and get situated. Your spots are towards the front"

Ben quickly explained. I nodded and Harry with Mal and Ben and I parted ways, two servants taking them to their places. I looked to Ben,

"Shall we?"

I said to Ben. He nodded and smiled at me,

"We shall"

Third Person

Mal and Harry made their way to the front and stood side by side, awaiting the arrival of Ben and Brielle along with the rest of the excited crowd. The children's choir sang from above, a grand orchestra accompanying them. Mal looked up at Harry and whispered,

"Ben had the cookie already and it didn't work, did it work for Brielle?"

She said in a mild panic. Harry furrowed his brow,

"What do ya mean it didn't work?"

He said as he completely ignored her other question, he wanted to avoid the question for as long as possible for Brielle's sake,

"I have no clue, he said the potion had worn off a long time ago and that it didn't work because of that but it should've wiped his feelings away for me and it didn't... I'm kinda glad it didn't work"

She muttered. Harry's eyes shot down to her with a smile,

"Oh, so ya want him ta keep lovin' Ben then eh? Welcome ta the good side Malsy"

He said with a chuckle as he looked back up,

"How about Brielle?"

He didn't even bother looking at her to speak,
