The Princesses Wrath

Brielle POV

Ben and I found our parents who immediately welcomed us with open arms. I went to my mother first, of course, we've always gotten along better than my dad and I. Then Ben and I switched, giving my dad a hug,

"That was so lovely you two!"

Mom said as we hugged, I smiled,

"And Bri, you sound like you've done that for years!"

My dad said. I nodded once we pulled away,

"Thanks"

After that we all walked up to get our photo taken, I stood in between Ben and my dad,

"Oh! By the way, I have a new girlfriend"

Ben said literally out of nowhere. I decided to just follow him in his footsteps even though his timing could not be weirder,

"And I got a boyfriend"

Mom and dad both looked at Ben rather normally, but with me, it was more of a shocker. You see I've never been like Ben in the fact that I rarely date anyone. So yeah it was s bit of a surprise for mom and dad to hear that I have a boyfriend,

"Oh, how wonderful!"

Mom said to me, turning to Ben next,

"And I never wanted to say anything but I always thought that Audrey was a little self-absorbed, that fake smile kinda a kiss up"

I chuckled,

"Oh you're being too kind"

I said through my smile for the cameraman,

"Do we know your new girlfriend and do we know your boyfriend?"

Dad said looking at us both, the cameraman held his hand up,

"On the count of three, one two-"

"Sorta, Mal!"

Ben called right before he was going to take the shot. I gave the cameraman an apologetic smile before looking to Harry who was already looking our way,

"Har!"

I yelled, he promptly came walking over, walking next to Mal,

"Three!"

The cameraman said as both Ben and I were prepared and flashing our smiles. After the shot I glanced up to see my mom and dad's eyes following the pair as they walked up in shock. I giggled some as the cameraman looked at the shot and Mal and Harry made their way down the path. Ben and I both stepped off the platform and met them midway, Ben giving Mal a quick hug,

"I wanna introduce you to my parents"

He said to her. I followed suit and gave Harry a quick hug even though we had already seen each other today,

"Be extra nice"

I whispered to him which just made him laugh,

"Will do"

He whispered right back before we pulled away from the hug. He offered his arm to me which I took, he's really getting the hang of how to carry my arm properly and I haven't even had to tell him anything on the matter. Better than most princes if you ask me,

"This is Mal, from the Island... my girlfriend"

Ben semi awkwardly introduced. I walked Harry up,

"And this is Harry, also from the Isle"

Mom and dad looked to Mal first who they simply awkwardly greeted and waved at. When they looked at Harry however I was surprised when I noticed Harry nod his head at both my mom and dad before holding his hand out whilst Mal was kinda standing behind Ben. My mom and dad wearily took turns shaking Harry's hand,
