You and Me

Third Person

"Looking back at yesterday, I thought I gave it everything. But still there's so much road ahead of me"

Ben sang as the crowd had all turned to look at the two royal couples, all standing together with bright smiles. Mal looked from the crowd up at Ben with a loving gaze,

"When I look into your eyes, I guess I didn't recognize who we are and all that we could be"

Mal sang, her eyes locked with Ben's almost the entire time. Then everyone on the ship deck stepped away from each other and formed rows and turned their back to the royal couples who also stepped away from each other,

"Sometimes it's hard to find yerself, but it's worth it in the end"

Harry hadn't looked away from Brielle the entire time. She looked up at him and smiled as he sang and took the rest of his line and finished the phrase for him as they each held each other's hands and slowly began dancing around each other, everyone on the ship following suit,

"Because in your heart is where it all begins"

Brielle sang, she rarely sings but when she does Harry just absolutely adores her soft and light singing voice. Each one of the royal couples split from each other and walked down a row of people as everyone on deck bowed before coming up and beginning to kick the water in unison. Mal would playfully kick back and splash everyone as well, as would Brielle. The two boys just had fun getting splashed for the most part,

"We gotta be bold, we gotta be brave, we gotta be free! We gotta be loud, making that change, you gotta believe! We'll look deep inside, and we'll rise up and shine!"

Everyone sang, the couples joining each other again and taking the front as others danced around them, doing as much splashing about as they could. Harry took one of Brielle's hands and held it up, she holding her skirt with her other hand and doing an impressive high kick before stepping into a spin from Harry. She spun into him and right back out to his side where she started and in unison with everyone else they both stomped three times before Ben did a kick to the side and splashed Harry who delivered a stronger splash right back,

"We can be bold, we can be brave, let everyone see! It starts with you and me, it starts with you and me, it starts with you and me!" Then everyone pranced off with their partner, the VKs all going to the railing facing the Isle, Brielle staying by Harry's side and Ben staying at Mal's side while they did,

"There's something special that I have learned, it's together we can change the world. Everybody's got something they can bring"

Mal and Ben sang together, the seven of them all looking out onto the Isle, even some of the Auradon kids doing the same. Then Harry and Brielle sang together,

"When you take a look inside yourself, do you wish that you were something else? But who you are is all you need to be"

Brielle lovingly rested her head on Harry's arm and his heart skipping beats as singing together was a bit of a favorite thing of his, he simply doesn't get to experience it much because Brielle doesn't sing often but he absolutely loved it,

"Sometimes it's hard to find yourself, but it's worth it in the end. 'Cause in your heart is where it all begins"

Brielle and Mal sang, both of their higher-pitched voices blending together seamlessly as all of them backed up into the center of the deck again, everyone joining hands into multiple large circles, Brielle holding Ben and Harry's hand to Harry's delight as he is more than a little overprotective and didn't want some random dude holding her hand so he was delighted with the outcome of that. They all jumped and splashed in the water in unison before breaking out into full dance with each other, staying hand in hand for the most part. Every move they did they did it just to splash around more,
