Brielle POV

I'm so proud of myself.

I didn't just write all the rebuttals I needed, but actually added onto my original points with sub-points to really bash these new ideas into the councils head a little extra since apparently they need help understanding basic principles.

I was walking back to my dorm, of course worrying still about our Isle situation. I'm finding myself feeling a little nauseous over it, you know that gut feeling that somethings up and you can't figure out what it is? Yeah, that's where I'm at. Sometimes it's a twin bond thing, sometimes it's just an intuition thing, who knows which one I'm feeling right now.

It's way past curfew at this point so the hallways were completely vacant. It made things a bit more eerie was I was already feeling a bit on edge,

"Brielle!"

A whisper yell called out. I turned my head to see who it was, two of the five VKs ran to catch up with me as quietly as they could. I turned all the way around with a smile however I won't lie I'm a little disappointed that Harry isn't one of the two VKs in front of me,

"Hey Carlos, hey Jay, how'd everything go?"

Jay stepped to the door leading to the boy's dorm and began unlocking it,

"I think it's best we discuss how everything went in private, and urgently"

Carlos said before gesturing for me to head into the dorm as Jay held the door open. I furrowed my brow and walked in, I'm a little more than a little confused I will say. Jay let Carlos in before shutting the door behind us. I crossed my arms,

"What's going on? You two seem off"

They did seem off, the way Jay avoided eye contact and how Carlos refused to not mumble when he spoke. At this point I'm just trying to get the intrusive thoughts to stop, I'm sure whatever they're being so secretive about can be solved right?

"We've run into a bit of a situation, well actually two situations. One of which we want to let you know about however we have it under control, the second one... uhm we really need your help with"

Carlos briefly explained. I narrowed my eyes some, trying to analyze the two boys amidst my casual panic,

"Alright, now what is it?"

The two boys looked at each other for a second before Jay stepped forward some,

"Okay, this is the one to not freak out about. Ben was taken hostage by Uma and her war frats in exchange for the wand"

"That's the one to not freak out about?!"

I couldn't help but shriek, that explains the twin bond terrible feeling I've been having for the past two hours. The two boys jumped back some at my sudden change of tone,

"W-Well yeah you see we have a plan! We're gonna make a phony wand with the 3D printer and trick Uma into the exchange, we have that one under control you see"

Jay stammered as I... well I'm in shock, to be honest. It's not every day you hear that your brother who also happens to be the King gets kidnapped by someone you've heard a lot about as being maniacal and also just happens to be your boyfriend's ex-captain. It's a lot to take in,

"You sure? Well if you have a plan for that I guess that makes it better... oh hold on what's the other situation that I'm allowed to freak out about?"

I said with dread. I really don't wanna hear this I can already tell. Both the boys looked at each other for a second, I could practically see how they were trying to figure out how to even word this,
