The first four classes had been nice enough, at least in Via's opinion. The teachers seemed to understand how to handle how new she was, and some of the students seemed nice enough. No one really bothered her, and Frisk at least seemed to enjoy showing her around. In fact, he was doing that yet again, this time showing Via to the part of the day he and Flowey had been looking forward to all day: Lunch time.

"Okay, so usually people get in line to buy their lunches and stuff, but we packed our lunches yesterday, so we don't gotta wait in line," Frisk explained, the boy happily walking along with his lunch box and Flowey in hand.

"Prepare for the lunch room noise. Everyone's so loud in there!" Flowey huffed, Frisk giving him a nod of agreement as they continued their journey. Sure enough, Via was soon able to hear the loud chattering of students, and it only got louder until finally, they had entered the cafeteria.

Via had only existed in there for a brief moment before stepping back out of the large room, the kid covering her ears a tad due to all of the noise. The echoing of all of these high-energy children bothered her, and she couldn't help but take a moment to process everything before slowly entering the room again. Thankfully, Frisk had waited for her, the boy then happily gesturing for her to follow him to a set of seats. While one half was full, the other half was empty, and that half was where Frisk decided that he and his friends would eat there for today.

It didn't take long for the friends Frisk and Flowey were waiting for to show up, because soon enough, a kid had set herself down across from them. "Hey Frisk!"

"Hey Kris!" Frisk didn't even hesitate on greeting his friend, the boy giving her a happy wave before looking around. "Where's Betty?"

"Running late. Something about milk." The kid then began to unpack her lunch, only to then frown as she turned back to Frisk. "I assume Betty did something with her milk earlier. Spilled it on the redheads probably."

"What makes you say that?" The fake innocence behind Flowey's comment fooled no one; then again, it probably wasn't meant to fool anyone in the first place.

"...What happened?" Already, Kris looked tired, though Via couldn't blame her; this sounded like it happened a lot after all.

"Redhead Duo decided to pick a fight with us today. Kinda shoved me. No big deal, but Betty did step in with milk, yeah." Frisk didn't even hesitate on laying down his explanation, the boy then taking a bite of his sandwich with a shrug.

While Frisk seemed unbothered though, Kris' frown deepened. "You really need to tell a teacher. I'm sure they'll listen to the Ambassador of Monsters."

"Teachers don't do anything," Frisk grumbled. "Maybe Mom would, but she's not here."

"Then fight back instead of being a coward. I don't mind giving them a taste of their own medicine-"

"Flowey, I have an image to keep up, and humans are still getting used to monsters. Injuring a human with magic will just make things worse." Frisk's tone was firm upon addressing Flowey's words, the frustrated boy then going back to eating his sandwich. For a moment, this was how things were, at least until Via decided to speak up.

"...Why do those two kids pick on-"

"Coming through!" Betty didn't even hesitate on announcing her presence as she entered the area, the monster shuffling through the rest of the mostly-human kids before plopping herself down next to Kris. "Hey! What'd I miss?"

        "Not much. Just Redhead Discourse."

"Yeah, and you were involved again." Kris couldn't help but pout after Frisk's statement, the girl letting out a small huff as Betty began unpacking her lunch. "Please tell me you didn't take the rest of Moochael's milk."
