Chapter 14

Pandora's POV

I was in position in the Goblin queens palace. It had been two days since the Fintan incident and Gisela had sped up the timeline. My job is to kill the Goblin queen while the others distract Sophie's friends. I held a Moon dagger in one hand and the Limbium gun in the other. This was going to be fun. Just in time the doors opened and the queen stepped out followed by at least twenty guards. I leaped onto her when she turned her head and I easily stabbed her in the throat and heart. She gasped before falling down and her guards ran toward me with weapons in the air. I made ice daggers and they stabbed the goblins in the heart. Blood sprayed me and I laughed and perched on top of the goblin queen.

"See you later," I taunted.

This was so easy.

"Not so fast," a familiar voice said.

I turned to face the Collective and my smile grew wider. I held out my hand and my ten Moon daggers floated in the air. They formed a half circle around me with the sharp points facing the Collective.

"I've been waiting to do this for a long time," I smiled.

"I know Pandora. You hold so much vengeance in your heart because of us and we are sorry. I never should've agreed with this. Can you please forgive me and give into reasoning?" Forkle asked.

I laughed, "I am far beyond reasoning and apologies. You left me to rot and replaced me, gave me no love, and gave me no information. And my parents? They died from grieving over me because you never told me what you were going to do with them."

With each insult I stepped closer to the Collective and so did my daggers.

"Now it's time for vengeance and death," I finished.

"We created you and I know that you can't kill us," Granite sighed.

"Your wrong,"

Tears ran down my eyes and I held out my hand. The daggers flew towards the Collective. I closed my eyes and opened them a second later. The daggers were levitating close to the Collective's heads and they weren't even impaling them.

"I told you," Granite calmly said.

"No you don't get to do this to me. You don't get to control me anymore. You don't get to hurt me anymore. You don't get to love me anymore."

Tears streamed down the Collective's eyes and they actually hugged me.

"You're like a daughter to us and we are very sorry. Can't you forgive us?" Squall asked.

I pulled away with a scowl, "Never. You crushed my life and left me to pick up the pieces. I'm forever changed and you have to deal with it."

"Please come back," Granite begged.

"You wouldn't have abandoned me if you wanted me. Remember this is all for Prentice,"

Wraith shook his head, "No this is about you too."

"Then why did you discard me like I was a loss cause. It's because I was to you, but not to the Neverseen. I found somewhere where I belong and I'm staying,"

If I couldn't kill them I would damage them. I shot them with my Limbium gun and pooled Shadowflux into their body. They fell down writhing in pain and I smiled.

"I'll never join your side and that's final,"

I left and joined the other Neverseen members. They had defeated Sophie and her friends once again.

"Ready for the last part of the plan?" Lady Gisela asked.

"Yes, let's take over the planet,"
