Eric's POV

I woke up to an unknown ceiling, my head throbbing in pain. Where in the world was I? I got up holding my head as I glanced beside me. I froze in my place, a male was sleeping beside me, his hair seemed familiar. Was I dreaming? I thought to myself.

Then suddenly the stranger turned in his sleep and his identity was revealed it was Jaden. His action startled me as I moved backward. I fell off the bed making a loud thud sound, which caused Jaden to wake up, He looked at me in confusion.

Jaden:
"What are you doing over there?"

Eric:
"Uhh...nothing...How did I end up in your bed... aren't you angry with me ?"

Jaden:
"Do you even remember what you did yesterday?"

Eric:
"Did I do something...?"

Jaden:
[Sighs]

"You were drunk and you passed out..."

Eric:
"Oh...I do remember drinking..."

Jaden:
"Why in the world did you drink when you're not supposed to."

Eric:
"I couldn't help it...I just wanted to run away from my problems...I just realized how shitty I am as a human...I don't want my past to ruin our relationship.

Jaden:
[Sighs]

"So you thought Drinking gonna help you solve your problems, that's so stupid of you to think that way. It would only create more problems. Learn to solve your problems on your own. Apologizing to the people you hurt and promising them to never do it again maybe that will help to solve your problems...and maybe then we can be friends again."

The word friends hurt my emotions but at least it's better than being hated by him.

Eric:
"Promise me."

Jaden:
"Yeah..."

This offer was a little difficult for me to accept... I was guilty but... I was not the type of person to apologize but since I wanted to be with Jaden...I would have to swallow my pride.

I was standing in front of the redhead. She looked at me as if she wanted to kill me. Those green eyes that once looked at me with love now looked at me with hatred.

Eric:
"Look...am sorry for taking advantage of your feelings and cheating on you...to be honest, I didn't like you... I never had feelings for you... I just wanted to see if I could actually fall for you... but unfortunately, I couldn't...Hope you can forgive me..."

Marceline:
"I could care less... I don't like you anymore...You're the worst...I am leaving. Looking at your face makes me wanna puke"

Wow, I know she was angry but she didn't need to be so mean. How rude...

Eric:
"Hey wait... can you please tell Jaden that you forgave me..."

I hold her hands, stopping her from leaving.

Marceline :
" Why in the world would I do that...and leave my hand."

Eric:
"Please I beg you."

I begged her at that moment I felt a punched connect to my already bruised face.

"Don't you fucking touch her."

He climbs on top of me and starts beating me. He was angry... He hated me from the bottom of his heart because I betrayed him... We were really close but now it feels like we are strangers... I am the reason why he became the way he is now...
