Ch:34

Everyone in the school was shocked to find out about Jaden's and Eric's relationship. Most of them didn't believe it at first but when they saw Eric holding his hands and spending time with him. Which he usually didn't do. They automatically had to accept it, not everyone was as excepting as Cassandra and Emilio but it didn't matter cause Jaden and Eric were happy together.

Cassandra gave them, her blessings. On the other hand, Emilio was happy for Jaden but kept an eye on Eric and kept warning him to take care of him, or else he'll steal him just to tease him because he was a close friend to Jaden. Eric didn't like Emilio getting close to anyone and Emilio knew that so he kept teasing Eric.

Eric being the possessive lover he was, fought anyone and everyone that looked at Jaden for too long. Everybody in school started to think that Eric was gay from the very beginning although he was not, he found girls attractive but he fell for Jaden.

Whenever his friends questioned his sexuality he replied that he was Jasexual that made everybody cheer for him. Although he didn't have a sexual relationship with Jaden. They were in an innocent relationship like a married couple. Since Eric found out that Jaden was asexual and didn't like to get involved in sexual activities, he decided to control his argument to have sex and during this process, he finally realized that he could get happiness even without being sexually active. Maybe Jaden was the reason he was searching for that has finally filled the void in Eric's heart.

While Eric gave Jaden the care and love that he needed, he was much happier this way. He finally found a way to live happily with the person he was slowly falling for and all the other friends he made on the way. He finally understood the true meaning of being alive and he was grateful for it even though life was not perfect.

Jaden's relationship with his parents was not the best but Eric tried to help him reconnect with his family because Eric could understand Jaden's dad's feelings cause his mom had gone through a similar situation where his biological dad had left his mother for another girl. It was difficult for her to live alone and look after her young son on her own. She needed someone to support her and Cassandra's dad was the one that entered her life with little Cassandra. They supported each other and grew together from their problems and now they are the strongest family even though we are not blood-related.

Jaden didn't know how to face them since he has always acted so rudely to them. He was scared that they would abandon him. Talking to his family openly was difficult for Jaden but he tried joining them at the dinner table and saying thank you after he was done having his meals which shook the couple but they were happy that their son was slowly coming back to them.

Marceline and Ivy were also in an official relationship but people didn't know about their relationship because they were a little secretive about it.

Marceline was into guys but like Eric, she also fell for someone of the same gender. The first time they met was when Ivy saved her life from one of her ex's and when Marceline recognized her in the cafe she wanted to thank her and one thing led to another. Ivy might look like the submissive type but she was not when it came to pleasing her in bed. She knew how to make her mourn since she had girlfriends before so she was experienced with stuff which was new to Marceline but she loved it.

Eric:
"The key in your neck, where did you get from?"

Jaden:
"Oh this, Cassandra gave it to me."

Eric:
"Do you  know what it's used for?"

Jaden:
"No, I don't..."

Eric:
"You don't... then I think this might be the key to that box which Cassandra had once given me, although I couldn't open it."

Jaden:
"Are you sure about that?"

Eric:
"Yeah I think it is because the pattern on the key box seemed to be the same, let's try to open it."

They agreed to open the box. When they reached Eric's home. They saw Cassandra playing with the golden retriever. They ask her about the box and the key but she plays dumb and told them that they should try and find out on our own as she leaves smirking.

Eric takes Jaden's hand and guides him to the box in his room. Jaden was surprised to see pictures of him on his wall. He has taken a few pictures when he was not aware but Jaden didn't comment about it.

Eric brings the box and places it on the bed as Jaden gives him the key. Eric puts the key in the keyhole which fits perfectly. The box gets unlocked revealing the content in the box.

Two silver rings laid in a box with a letter beside it. Eric picks the letter out of the box.

Dear Eric,

Congratulations on winning Jaden's heart. You have finally found the person you've truly loved and I am so happy. Here is a special gift from me to seal your fate together forever. Hope y'all like it. lots of love.

From Cassandra.

They smile at each other as Eric takes the ring with  J💜Ric written on it and slides it on Jaden's ring finger and Jaden does the same with the other. They blushed like newlywed couples.
