Emilio's POV

I was peacefully sleeping in my slumber. As I felt a pair of hands tickle me. I rushed to stop the hands. I was about to catch the culprit but he slips away from my clutches and hides behind Gracie. What an ass... this was so frustrating.

Gracie:
"Emilio... why are you running behind Jaden?

Emilio:
" Nothing..."

I sighed as I couldn't win against my granny. She hit me with the pan.

Emilio:
"Ah! Why did you do that?"

Jaden was laughing. Fucking brat, I glare at him with a murderous look.

Gracie:
"Don't you dare look at Jaden like that? I was the one that told him to wake you up."

Emilio:
"Whatever."

I shrugged in frustration. I will teach the brat a lesson later when granny is not around. We left for school. Oddly I didn't kill him...

Emilio:
"I'll let this one go."

Jaden:
"Don't blame me. If you would have woken up like a good boy, I wouldn't have to wake you up like that."

Emilio:
"For fuck sake..."

I didn't argue with that or else we would never stop and plus he had a point, but it's not my fault for being a sound sleeper.

We entered the school premise. Weirdly we were actually talking like normal people for once although we spoke little.

Everyone was giving us a weird look. I could hear them but the most annoying part was that they were acting like they didn't.

I saw a bunch of girls gathering around the prince of the school, his face was covered in bandages. It made me so damn happy. God bless the person who did that.

The girls were so noisy, it was starting to give me a headache. Eric wasn't paying attention to any of them. I looked at Jaden. This little brat had so much power over Eric, that it fascinated me. Not that I like him or anything. He was just a good pawn to use against Eric, nothing more than that. All I want to watch Eric suffer...

Eric glanced our way, Jaden wasn't looking his way. I made eye contact with Eric.

Someone was about to crash into Jaden. I pulled him closer towards me so he wouldn't crash into the stranger. My hands-on his shoulder. Eric saw it.

Perfect, this is exactly what I wanted to happen but oddly.. he didn't move an inch. He just glared at me with a murderous look on his face, which I replied back with a smirk. He was beyond furious. But as his gaze shifted towards Jaden his attitude changer from fusion to guilty. It felt so good to see Eric in pain. He deserves it.

After that, we went our separate ways. We weren't going to meet any sooner.

Jaden's POV

Her green eyes look at me in disgust. She ignored me and asked me about Ivy. She seemed to take a keen interest in Ivy and I couldn't understand why she was so fixated on her.

Marceline:
"Where is she?"

Jaden:
"She just left."

Marceline:
"What- Where?"

Jaden:
"Home..."

Marceline:
"Do you have her number?"

Jaden:
"Yes... but we are not allowed to give out any staff numbers."
