The doorbell rang, grabbing all of our attentions, as we left our jobs and focused on Mom who moved towards the door and opened the door to Sungho. To say that we were anxiously waiting for him, would be an understatement.
"So...?" I initiated the questionnaire ceremony. He pouted slightly as he took off his shoes and entered, and I assumed that the deal was blown off. I got off the floor and slowly approached him with my arms open.
"Aww... bro I'm so sorry for you. That asshole of an investor unfortunately failed to get that you had worked so hard on the website." I placed my face on the crook of his neck.
"I know right. I had worked so hard,"
"It's okay, you'll get it so-"
"-It would've been a waste if the meeting was unsuccessful and Mr. Choi had not accepted the deal!" I widened my eyes as I raised my head to look at him who was smirking.
"Oh- I'll kill you!" I hit his arm furiously as Mom and Dad came closer to us to congratulate him.
"Aww my baby has an investor..." Mom said as she pushed me aside to hug Sungho. Dad patted his back with a proud look and who exactly wouldn't be?
I watched from a distance as all of them looked happy at Sungho's success. Don't get me wrong, I was ecstatic, and I was smiling wide, but deep down it hurt because my parents had two kids and only one of them managed to bring a smile to their faces.
"Why are you standing there? Come here." Sungho opened one of his arms to me while holding Mom in another one. I walked towards them and collided softly, and hugged him.
"I'm so proud of you son. I'm on Cloud Nine. I wish I could've said the same about the both of you." Dad said as he walked back to the couch.
Sungho let Mom go as he brought his another arm to wrap around me. "It's...fine."
"I've heard that 'I'm fine' never really means that a person is fine. Look, I'm planning for something big, okay? Once my job sets sail, I'll buy an apartment for you, so you won't have to live with us anymore. I've been planning that for awhile." I blinked a few times, as I looked up at him not understanding.
"What? No I can't-"
"Shush. You're my little sister, and you've supported me throughout. I know the best that you don't want to live here. It's okay, just trust me on this." Sungho said as my eyes tore up,
"You're the best brother ever." I said as he placed a kiss on my forehead before releasing me. "And will the company execute the plan?" I asked Sungho.
"Um... maybe next month? Mr. Choi said that it was a genius plan to arrest hackers." I chuckled as I looked at my brother proudly as I ruffled his hair.

"Munhee, Munhee, tie up my neck tie please!" Sungho came to my room with a tie hanging loosely, well in a wrong knot.
I ran to him as I pushed up on my toe to tie his neck tie, "27 huh? Looks like you're still a baby." I teased him as he slightly slapped my cheek playfully.
"But I'm still older than you and I got a more successful job than yours! How you like that?" At this I pushed him, only to hear him chuckle.
"I'm just kidding. But you know, I still can't believe that it's been three months since my website was accepted. Can you?" I smiled and shaked me head.
"I know right!"
After a few mintues, he spoke up again, "Oh sis, I found just the right apartment for you nearby. So I guess you won't have to live here anymore, you'll be independent soon." My eyes widened with sparkles as I hugged him tightly.
