"What do you think?" I asked again, this time expectantly.

Yoongi raised his head from his laptop, and gave me a look from above his glasses before resuming his work.

"About what?" He asked back in an uninterested voice.

"Ugh, how many times do I have to repeat myself?" I asked, as I was not ready to repeat the same question for the third time.

Yoongi sighed deeply before closing his laptop and turning his body to fully face me. He entwined his hands together on his lap as he nodded at me, signalling me to continue.

"Do you think Jin Oppa misses me?" I asked with a low and sentimental voice.

"Look, even though he doesn't know that you're his baby sister, I'm sure he misses you. I hope he has some memories, unlike you."

"I was barely five months old, what do you expect me to remember?" I asked.

I got up from the couch, and walked towards the kitchen to make ourselves coffee.

"Maybe a little something?" I heard his voice coming from the living room.

"No, unfortunately I don't. And what do you think? Should I tell him about me?"

"Maybe." He replied, unbothered and I figured that he was again back to work.

"Yoongi, don't confuse me. I'm already confused as heck." I said as I retreated back to the living room.

"Then pick a right time to do it. And if he misbehaves somehow, then I'll show him, because you're more important to me than any of them." I smiled at this.

This was not the first time Yoongi had shown concern towards me. I knew that I could always count on him, and even if the world was against me, he'd be there for me. And I knew that I'd be there for him too.

"Hey, will you give me Jin Oppa's number then?" I asked and sat back on the couch.

He hummed as he pulled out his phone from his pocket and gave it to me, without raising his eyes from his laptop's screen.

I unlocked the phone, and searched for his number before copying it in mine.

"You wanted to talk to me... alone?" He asked in a confused voice, which was obvious.

I nodded as I pulled out the document from my bag, and placed it on my lap. I took a deep breath in, because I knew that things were going to be awkward.

"Um... I wanted to ask you about your family..." I mumbled.

He furrowed his eyebrows deep, licked his luscious lips.

"O-kay. Um, I live with my Mom, and my Dad... He passed away last summer. And my grandparents... I've never seen them." He replied and I nodded. My Dad was no more.

"And don't you have any siblings...?" I asked in a broken voice latched with tears.

He turned his head to look at me, and blinked before shaking his head.

"I don't."

That honestly hurt a little. I knew that he wasn't aware of me, but still I was hurt. I thought for a while whether I should tell him or not about me.

I felt anxiety taking over me. My ears felt warm. My breathing became faster, what if he doesn't want me back? What if Mom doesn't want me back? What if I really was unwanted.

The toughest thing for a child to learn is that they are unwanted. I have never been wanted by anyone, not just romantically. I was always the kind of the... side character? The one who never has lines.
