Eren's POV

"Get everyone down to the underground system now!" I yelled

I led all the civilians down the stairs and into the underground district.

"Colonel!" yelled Armin

"Get everyone down there and cut off every entrance there in there." said Colonel

"Jean cut off the other entrances!" I yelled

"Armin, Hacker! You two try to get everything back online!" yelled Ghost

"Yes sir!" yelled Armin

"I want every available jet fighter in the air scouting the skies! Now!" yelled Ghost, "Get as much food, water, medications down there!"

"Ghost." called out Phantom

"Not now I'll explain everything later, I promise." he replied

"Colonel is there anything we can do?" I asked

"Eren you're a key factor to all of this, but I need you here with Annie in titan form." said Ghost

"Understood." I replied

I ran to Annie who was helping our kids and Ghost's kids.

"Annie we need to shift!" I yelled

"What about the kids?" asked Annie

"I'll deal with them, you guys go!" yelled Kit

We nodded and ran to an open space and shifted into our titan forms.

Ghost's POV

"Stand clear of the titans!" I yelled

"50% of the civilians have evacuated." said Mikasa

"Mikasa, Jean, get to Echo now and tell him if there is a missile or any projectile headed towards us, they have permission to take it out." I said

"Yes sir." replied Mikasa

After 15 minutes later, every citizen was safe inside and every soldier had a gas mask. Our gas mask upgraded so now the gas mask only covered the mouth.

"These feel so much more comfortable." said Jean

"Ghost is now a good time?" asked Phantom

"Before you start, I just want to apologize." I said

"Don't apologize." whispered Phantom, "Just promise me you won't hurt yourself again."

I nodded in response and Phantom hugged me. I hugged her back and patted her head.

"I regret not loving you earlier." she whispered

"Love doesn't just come if you want it to." I replied

"Colonel!"

I turned around to see a jeep pull up and Marksman hopped off.

"They're here." said Marksman

"Who's here?" asked Phantom

"The TMO, I didn't think they'd actually come face to face with us." I said

"Colonel they brought their entire fleet here." said Marksman, "In other words, we're surrounded."

"They could easily strike us with a missile launch." I said

'If they're trying to fight us head on, what fleet do they have? We outnumber them.'

"Colonel?" asked Marksman

"Captain I want your men around the beach to fall into the underground district. Get the civilians in those underground systems here. Blow up the entrances when they fall back." I said
