-a few days later-

"come onnn" i complained as mattia walked slowly behind me.

"why are you so excited" he laughed as he caught up to me.

"im in the mood to shoot today" i said excitedly.

we got to the shooting range and we had already finished our training for today. we walked in and shut the door behind us.

"where are the bullets?" mattia asked.

"they should be in the box" i said, walking over to him and looking.

"they're not, ill go find some" he said and i nodded and he left.

i started setting up the target when i heard the door open.

"hey" i heard from a voice i really wasn't in the mood to hear.

"oh hi" i said dryly as i saw aiden standing next to me.

"so how are you?" he asked.

"good thanks" i replied, praying he'd just leave. it was awkward.

"you're attitude makes you even hotter you know" he smiled and i wanted to throw up.

"can you leave-" i started saying until i was cut off by him kissing me.

"what the fuck!" i said pushing him off me.

"don't act like you didn't like it" he smirked.

"no i didnt like it you fucking weirdo, get out!" i yelled at him and he looked at me for a minute before leaving.

i wiped my lips and processed it for a second. then i thought about mattia. i dont need to tell him do i? its not really to do with him so i wont tell him. a part of me thought i should have but i pushed it down. we aren't together, i dont need to tell him.

five minutes later the door opened again and i spun my head around quickly but relaxed when i saw it was mattia.

"i found them in the supply cupboard like 5 corridors away" he sighed as he put them on the table.

"great lets start" i said quickly, i needed to release some anger.

"you okay?" he asked looking at me.

how tf did he-

"yeah im just excited" i said and he nodded and we started shooting.

"YES" he shouted as the bullet hit the target perfectly.

"good job asshole" i smiled patting his shoulder.

he smiled and leaned in to kiss me but i dodged it quickly and he looked at me.

"if you get 5 more perfect shots, then you get a kiss" i said. nice save.

"bet" he smiled and got back to shooting.

i practiced too and watched him. he really was improving. and he got 5 perfect shots.

"i think you owe me something now" he said as i walked over to him.

i leaned in close and was about to kiss him when i remembered aiden had kissed me and suddenly my lips felt gross so i quickly swerved.

"later" i whispered and moved away.

"you're such a fucking tease i hate you" he groaned.

"hate you too now stfu, im going to shower and then ill meet you in the tower at dinner time?" i said.

"yes ma'am" he nodded and i smiled and left.

i got back to my dorm and kairi and jess were sitting on her bed watching a movie.

"how was practice" jess asked as i walked in.

"it was alright, he's actually improving" i said and i saw kairis face get happy and i gave him a quick death stare and he sealed his lips behind jess.

i went to shower and i used a lip scrub on my lips getting rid of any traces of aidens nasty lips. what kind of dickhead just kisses someone like that- okay well mattia did but that was different.

i came out the bathroom and kairi and jess were leaving to go down to dinner.

"you coming?" kairi asked.

"no im gonna go for my walk" i said and he nodded and they left.

i put on mattias hoodie and made my way to the tower. i got there and mattia was already inside, looking up at me with his smile.

"you have a cute smile" i said accidentally, i was meant to just think that.

"thanks" he smiled even bigger and i rolled my eyes and sat down next to him and took out my book and started reading.

"not this againn" he complained.

"do you ever shut up" i said as i turned over the page and continued reading.

"you're so annoying" he said going back on his phone and i carried on reading.

if im being honest, i had a few thoughts circling my mind. i was still annoyed at aiden for kissing me. i was also still debating on telling mattia even though it wasnt necessary right? there's no reason he'd even care would he?

"whats up with you?" he asked looking at me.

"what are you talking about weirdo" i played it off but he didnt look convinced.

"im going to get us some food" i said getting up.

"want me to come?"

"no its fine"

"come back quickkkk"

"you're so clingy" i laughed at him and he shook his head but smiled too.

the dining hall closed like 10 minutes ago so i waited until the staff left and then snuck in and got us some snacks. i stashed them in my hoodie and then made my way back.

"finally" mattia said as i came and sat back down next to him and put the food between us.

as we ate we talked about random shit and i tried to stop my overthinking. we sat beside each other and drank our drinks and carried on talking.

we stopped talking for a minute and i felt mattia look at me. i felt his warm hand on my cheek and he tilted my head towards him and without saying anything he placed a soft kiss on my lips. i dont know how or why but he made me feel okay. like i was just overthinking in my head and he kissed me and suddenly my mind was at rest.

after a few seconds we pulled away and leaned our foreheads together.

"i know youre not gonna tell me" he said gently.

"but if you want to then you can" he said with a small smile.

he's sometimes so cute. i dont think i need to tell him so im just gonna leave it and forget about it.

"thank you" i smiled at him, an unfamiliar type of feeling in my stomach. it was nice?

i leaned in and gave him his deserved kiss from earlier.

"you're lips are hella soft today damn" he laughed as we pulled away.

i smiled and he put his arm around me and i leaned my head on his shoulder as we carried on talking before we went back to our rooms and went to sleep.

A/N- im sorry abt this idk what im writing but okay😀

it was so hot today and our schools so annoying they make us sit on the field for break and lunch right in the sun and they dont let us in the form rooms anymore bc of corona?? but it's fine to let our whole year group on the field together???

anyways i am tired👍
