A Six-Star Magical Beast is one of the most formidable ranks of magical beasts in the Blue Diamond Continent. In truth, it was just second to the Mythical Magical Beast with a Seven-Star Rank which was the peak rank for the magical beasts.
For Grandmaster de Pouvoir, out of the blue seeing a magical beast with the formidable rank of Six-Star, it has truly shaken his wits.
How rare was a Six-Star Magical Beast?
Magical Beasts could be categorized into seven ranks - One-star, Two-Star, Three-Star, and Four-Star Magical Beasts. The first four among the seven ranks were known as the Common Ranks of the Magical Beasts. And the Four-Star Magical Beast was considered as the Lord among the other Common Ranks.
Right after the Common Rank and what came after the Four-Star Magical Beast was the Special Ranks - the Five-Star, Six-Star, and the formidable Seven-Star Magical Beast. If a Four-Star Magical Beast could be seen as a Lord among all other Common Ranks, the Magical Beasts belonging to the Special Ranks were considered as the Royalties among all the Ranks - the Five-Star Magical Beast was the Prince, the Six-Star Magical Beast was the King and the Seven-Star Magical Beasts was the peak of them all as the Mythical Beast.
In other words, the Six-Star Magical Beast was the King of all the Magical Beasts and just a step away from being a Mythical Beast.
Looking at the kneeling Grandmaster, Lena was also shocked. It was not to her knowledge that the rank of the magical beast that she had picked up that day was a Six-Star. Lena has foreknowledge about the rankings of the magical beasts, however, it had only stayed there. She was not capable of confirming the ranks. She just knew back then that the white furry beast that she had picked up was strong.
"I have no idea about that," Lena blurted in a slight daze.
"My lady! How come?!" Grandmaster de Pouvoir asked in exclamation.
With a slight frown on her brows, Lena innocently blinked at Grandmaster de Pouvoir, seemingly lost in her thoughts.
But only after a few seconds, she collected her thoughts and cleared her throat. "Seat up, first. There's something more important that we must focus on," Lena said as she gently scooped up the furry sleeping beast into her arms.
Grandmaster de Pouvoir has a lot to say, but he kept his thoughts to himself and scrambled to the seat right across Lena.
Lena gave Grandmaster de Pouvoir a few moments to stabilize before she opened her mouth once again.
"Do you noticed something about this beast?" Lena asked.
"Is it sleeping, my lady?" Grandmaster de Pouvoir blurted without any thoughts. But Lena just raised her brow at him.
Grandmaster de Pouvoir, being known with his talents, coupled with his intellect, was able to grasp what could be behind the silent response of the beautiful lady in front of him.
Could there be something about the beast?
Clearing his mind, he put his attention to the magical beast sleeping soundly on the arms of Lena.
After a few seconds of focusing his attention on the magical beast, a deep frown made its way on his face.
Something is truly amiss!
"My lady, is the magical beast injured?" He asked, carefully looking all over the body of the magical beast.
Lena smiled faintly. "Not bad," she said.
"So, it was truly injured," he murmured.
"That's right," Lena confirmed.
But how come a Six-Star Magical Beast got injured?
