Nya woke up with a jolt, throwing her covers off herself. She breathed heavily, peering around the room in the Bounty. One mass of someone, maybe Skylor, rolled over. She tried to go back to sleep, but couldn't, so she decided to get out of bed. Soft footsteps echoed across the hallway of the Bounty, and as Nya went inside the guy's bedroom, she gently opened the door, and slipped in, walking over towards Jay's bunk.

"Jay. Jay." She whispers, shaking him slightly.

Jay groans, before rubbing his eyes. "Hey, Nya."

"Can I-" Nya starts, but before she could answer, Jay had already made room for her, and the two cuddled together.

"You want to tell me what it was about?" Jay asks.

"Not now." Nya mutters.

"Alright then." Jay took to stroking her head, running his head through her hair. He made sure to not get by the knot, and if he did, he'd apologize quickly.

Nya buried her head into Jay, relishing his heartbeat and her's beating together at the same time. They lay there for a while before drifting off to sleep.
