Jay's dagger pressed against Nya's throat, drawing blood. Pushing the Princess against the balcony, he stared at his love with such an intensity, that most would go cowering away.
But Nya did nothing but smile.
Do it. I dare you. Her smile taunted Jay.
He pushed harder, but he didn't make the cut.
"You're right." Jay smiles, taking away the pressure, and pressing the fine dagger into Nya's hands. "I won't."
"Knew it," Nya smirks, taking Jay in for a kiss.
The kingdom gasped. The Princess, kissing the villain.
Seemed to anyone like the good guy lost. No fairy tale ending.
"This is great. The stars are all lining in place." A mysterious voice smiles, as her brown hair rippled through the night, sitting on the balcony right across from where Jay and Nya were kissing. Her blue eyes shone through the night, as a small cackle rippled through the night.
"Everything is perfect." She hopped off the tall balcony.
Jay led Nya outside, and without a word, they jumped off, landing on Jay's loyal steed, and fleeing into the night.
Yes. The stars were indeed lining in place.
