Episode 3: No I in team

Chrysalis was furious when she found out from Sombra that the crystals she so desired we're now being used by mortals.
"Artemis must be mad trusting that source of power to mere children! " Chrysalis yelled using her powers to blast a hole in a nearby wall. She wouldn't accept defeat, she refused too, as she breathed heavily trying to calm herself down. An idea struck her,
"Sombra? "

"Yes my queen? " He said bowing showing his respect,
"Send out Jinx, I want all of those pesky rangers destroyed, anyone who stands in my way of getting the crystals is an enemy." She declared know sitting on her throne and staring at into the emptiness of the forest that surrounded her castle.
"As you wish, " Sombra said, and then his red hord glowed a mixture of purple and green causing a black crystal to appear from the ground. When the crystal shattered an creature that resembled a black cat appeared.

"I am here to serve you my queen. " Jinx said bowing,
"Spread your misfortune to the mortals it will no doubt catch the attention of the rangers. " Chrysalis ordered

Kristina sighed as she tried to focus on her school work but wasn't able to due to the constant bickering of her teammates. She had hoped that bringing all of her close friends together would help them bond but not all of them knew each other very well, and it seemed like every other sentence they were arguing.

"Shela you left your books all over the floor and I almost broke my neck! " Yan complained and the purple ranger gave him an annoyed glance
"Hey don't blame you should have been paying attention instead of going off to LA LA land. " She shot back, and Kristina groaned, why was it that those two seemed to argue about everything?

"Emma your standing on my foot, " Julian complained
"I'm sorry but there's not much room at this table, and it was an accident. " She said flipping her hair in his face, Kristina was ready to pound her fist on the table to get them all to stop however before she could, their crystals glowed meaning that Artemis was sending them a message. Before they stood, the rangers looked around to make sure no one was around and they went out in the hallway where Merry pressed her crystal and a hologram image of Artemis appeared.

"Lady Artemis is there more trouble? " Kristina asked
"I'm afraid so rangers, Chrysalis has sent one of her monsters to cause destruction. You must stop this monster before it hurts anyone, I'm sending you to it's location now. " The second she said the rangers we're teleported away,

"Hey did you see what I saw? " Jack asked coming down the hallway quick enough to see seven different flashes of light
"Are you seeing things again Jacky? " Ella asked adjusting her glasses and dragging her confused brother down the hallway.

Jinx was causing bad luck everywhere and for the people who weren't effected we're running away in terror.
"Go ahead and run, you can't escape from bad luck. " Jinx taunted
"That's enough! " Johnny yelled causing Jinx to look upon the seven humans that approached her

"Oh you must be the rangers that I've heard so much about. "
"You've got that right kitty cat and we're going to take you down, are you guys ready? " Johnny asked
"Ready! Environment Source, Nature Force!" They all yelled transforming,
"Let's get her, " Yan said going right for Jinx with his Nunchucks along with Merry however she avoided both of their attacks causing them to attack each other.

"Yan why did you get in the way? I was going to take her down! " Merry asked clearly annoyed
"Hey you we're the one who got in my way!" Yan shot back
"Guys less fighting each other and more fighting the monster! " Kristina told them both as she launched at Jinx with her Katana and even though she managed to get a few hits, misfortune struck the blue ranger as she dropped her weapon leaving herself defenseless and Jinx struck her causing her to go flying.

"Hey no one does that to my sister! Take this! " Shela shouted firing her crossbow at Jinx but she avoided all of her arrows and the arrows hit her other teammates instead.
"Oh well if that isn't bad luck, I don't know what is. " Jinx commented and then seeing the rangers in a vulnerable state she escaped.
"Shela what part of we're on the same team do you not understand? " Johnny asked as he struggled to get up.
