Episode 5: Tale of Three

A young girl around the age of thirteen walked around Rang City, looking for the youth center. She had been nearly bursting with excitement since she arrived, her two older sisters now lived here and she had to beg her mother to let her visit them. The young girl flipped her long brunette hair and spotted the youth center,
"Sister fun time, " she said running towards it.

Meanwhile Chrysalis sat on her throne quietly, her past failures had really gotten to her and she wanted a full proof plan to destroy these rangers.
"Perhaps I've underestimated these humans, " She said to Sombra, who remained silent, he was still shaken with fear due to what she had done to him days prior.
"Why so silent Sombra? " She asked turning her throne around and looking at him with her un blinking green eyes and Sombra felt his loyalty to his queen overtake his fear of her.

"My queen I apologize but I was under the impression, you wanted me to keep quiet. " He said bowing to show his respect, unknown to him his words about keeping quiet gave her an idea.
"Sombra summon Silencer, I think its time we give the rangers a new meaning to the words no talking. " Chrysalis commanded smiling as she watched Sombra's horn glow a mixture of black, green and purple then a large black crystal appeared before her.

"Excellent, " She said as the crystal shattered leaving the monster Silencer behind, his body that resembled a zebra with his black and white strips, expect for the purple mask that covered his mouth and the fact that his hands had the claws of a lizard. He bowed to his queen but said nothing,
"Silencer I want you to make the ranger's powerless by taking away their voices. " She commanded and he nodded,

Meanwhile at the youth center, the rangers we're enjoying their downtime. However what concerned them was that their had been hardly any attacks on the city in the past week.
"You know Chrysalis has been pretty quiet these past few days, " Julian pointed out as he took a sip from his powerade bottle.
"You think she's up to something big? " Merry asked
"I don't know and I don't like not knowing," Johnny said clearly frustrated.
"Remember what Lady Artemis said we just have to keep our guard up at all times, " Emma reminded her friends suddenly the rangers heard a new voice.

"Hello where are my big sisters?! " Everyone looked at the newcomer in confusion except for two people,
"We're right here little sis, " Kristina said covering her younger sister's eyes with her hands.
"Hey I can't see, " Kyra said laughing
"that's the whole point, so we can surprise you. " Shela commented and then the three sisters shared a group hug, Kyra then made her way to the other rangers who she had never met.

"Hello I'm Kyra you must be my sisters friends, " She told them and they smiled at her bright and child-like nature.
"Yeah we're, nice to meet you we've heard alot about you. " Merry said shaking the young girl's hand,
"I've heard everything about you guys to, " Kyra said smiling and the rangers suddenly became very nervous worried that she knew they we're rangers.

"Not everything, " Shela reassured them,
"So sissy what are you doing here? Are Mom and Dad here to? " Kristina asked
"No I came by myself so we could spend the whole day together, doesn't that sound like fun? " She asked however before they could answer, the rangers heard their crystals beep meaning there was trouble.
"Oh not now, " Kristina said looking at her crystal in frustration,
"What? " Kyra asked in confusion
"Umm well, our friend Yan has a sick... snake and we need to go help him take care of him. " Shela lied and Kyra frowned, the story didn't sound believable

"Right my snake... Scales is really sick he keeps shedding his skin, " Yan said backing up the story,
"But i thought snakes we're supposed... "
"Hey we will meet you back here soon okay, we promise. " Kristina said crossing her heart and then ran off with the other rangers while Kyra sat at the empty table feeling very left out.
"Why hello little girl, " Jack said sitting across from her,
"Excuse me who are you? " She asked furrowing her eyebrow at him
"Why this is Jack my older brother and the hottest guy ever, " Ella bragged and Kyra scoffed.
