Power rangers: Nature Force

Episode 7: Power of Pink part one

Chrysalis impatiently tapped her fingers on the arm rest of her throne, her head scientist Mantis was preparing her ultimate  weapon against the rangers. If Artmies was going to use children to fight for her, why couldn't she do the same thing?
"Mantis! When is that crystal going to be ready?! " Chrysalis yelled getting up from her throne, a monster that resembled  a giant black preying Mantis with blue cobweb like hair.

"It's almost done my queen all its needs its a animal spirit and a host. " He said handing her a pink crystal that resembled the rangers crystals.
"Excellent, and your sure that this will function like the ranger's crystal? " Chrysalis asked as she examined the crystal in her hands.
"Yes my queen, " Mantis confirmed.
"Then we have little time to waste, Sombra!" Chrysalis called out and Sombra appeared immediately.

"What do you desire? " He asked
"Take this crystal and bond it an animal so that I may create my own power ranger, " She commanded and before Sombra could respond a black blur ran into the room.
"Mom mom wait I wanna go! I want a chance to destroy the rangers! " Chrysalis mentally sighed after hearing her son's rambling, despite being her only child and heir. His mischievous mind and impulsive nature caused him to always get into trouble.

"Raymond... " she began to say
"Please mom just give me a chance! I can do this, all I have to do is find an animal. " He whined and Sombra could already fell a headache forming from the spoiled prince.
"Alright I suppose you can go but only if you promise to be careful, go my son make Mommy proud. " Chrysalis told her son and Raymond was so happy that he began running around the throne room shouting, Chrysalis sighed at this.

"Sombra? " Chrysalis questioned
"Yes my queen? " Sombra answered already having a feeling that he knew what she was going to say.
"Watch my son as well, " she commanded and he had to stop himself from groaning in annoyance.
"As you wish my queen, " he answered, meanwhile the rangers we're hanging out at the youth center for the day.

Like usual, Johnny was practicing his martial arts skills however this time he was training with Yan and Emma, while the other rangers socialized with eachother.
"Okay so sis tell us again what you happened, " Kristina said taking a sip from her wildberry smoothie,
"so I saw another ranger, he was gray and I totally saved Tara from him. " Shela explained,
"are you sure you didn't just dream this? " Julian asked not completely believing the story as far as he knew, there were no other rangers team out there, expect for past rangers.

"No I definitely didn't dream it, and I'm telling you there's other power rangers out there. " Shela said.

Sombra was annoyed exactly annoyed was an understatement. He was one hundred percent done with dealing with the young prince,
"Okay so mom said all we have to do is pick an animal so that we can destroy the rangers. Oh look people let's go mess with them, I can use my magic to turn their hair green! " Raymond said getting distracted even though they had only been outside of the palace for five minutes.

"Sire, if I may it seems that you aren't completely focused, " Sombra commented however the prince barely acknowledged him.
"Don't be such a grandpa, come on I'll race you to the people, ready set go! " He yelled running towards the group of people,
"I didn't sign up for this! " Sombra yelled running after the young prince, when he finally caught up he discovered that the prince had indeed turned the people's hair green and he had also bonded the pink crystal to a butterfly.

"See I knew I could do it! Mother is going to be so proud of me, " He bragged and Sombra was mentally wishing that he could just disappear into thin air so he wouldn't have to witness the reaction awaiting him.
"How could you bond the crystal to a mere insect! " Chrysalis roared sitting bolt up from her throne causing everyone in the room to jump.

"I just did what you said, I bonded the crystal to the first animal I saw and now we can crush the rangers. " Raymond exclaimed not understanding his mother's reaction,
"I wanted it to bonded to something powerful! So that I could use it to destroy the rangers but now I can't use it all because you chose to bond it with a defenseless insect! " Chrysalis screamed and Raymond flinched at his mother's angry tone.

"I never should have let you go, you can't do anything right. Go to your chambers and don't come out, till I say so! " Chrysalis ordered and Raymond obeyed without question.
"I now have no use for this, it's now only trash, however I can't let myself become lazy. Create a monster to destroy the rangers, " Chrysalis ordered sitting back on her throne and Sombra nodded using his magic to create a monster that resembled a ferret with purple and blue fur.

"Greetings your majesty, I am Ultraviolet at your service. " She said bowing
"Destroy the rangers and take their crystals, " Chrysalis said and in flash Ultraviolet disappeared,
"Now to deal with this piece of junk, I shall throw it wear no one will find it. " Chrysalis declared and then used her magic to send the pink crystal out into the forest.
"Now all I have to do is wait, " Chrysalis said turning around in her throne and using her mirror to watch the rangers.

However she was so busy with her 'plan' that she didn't notice someone pick up the discarded pink crystal and then run away with it.

Artemis was stunned when she felt the presence of a eighth crystal forming, that wasn't possible she had only created seven crystals, where had this new one come from? She became concerned that Chrysalis had discovered a way to create her own crystals, however before she could alert the rangers of what she felt, the familiar feeling of a monster attack struck her. She could tell the rangers more when she knew more about this, now she had to alert them of trouble. After Johnny, Emma and Yan had joined their friends at table, they all heard the familiar sound of their crystals beeping.

"Milady? " Merry asked answering the call
"Rangers Chrysalis has sent another monster, you must go to the city square and stop it. " Artemis said,
"We're on it, come on rangers, " Johnny said and his teammates followed him out the door. Meanwhile a young boy was trapped under a bunch of wooden planks, and he would have been crushed if someone hadn't saved him.
"Thank you so much, " The little boy said overcome with thankfulness.
"Its no problem, " the person answered and the boy could vaguly see the pink crystal change into a bracelet around the person's wrist.
"What's your name? " The boy asked however the person didn't respond, and just disappeared.

Upon seeing the monster, citizens were running around left and right.
"Oh I love the smell of fear, " Ultraviolet commented as she used her powers to heat everything up.
"That's enough! " A voice called and Ultraviolet turned around to see the rangers fully morphed,
"Oh the rangers I've heard so much about, "she taunted
"We're here to take you down! " Yan declared.

"Well then you'll have to catch me first, now you see me.... " She cut herself off and snapped her fingers making herself completely invisible.
"Huh where did she go?" Emma asked completely confused
"Did she run off? " Merry asked looking around for the monster, however then all of the rangers felt someone attacks them.

'No she's invisible! " Johnny declared and the rangers found themselves greatly crippled as they couldn't attack what they couldn't see.
"Hah this is to easy! " Ultraviolet taunted after she threw  Julian and Yan into a nearby brick wall.
'Come out and show yourself! " Johnny demanded swinging his  sword at the empty space around him.

"come on red ranger come get me! " Ultra violet taunted and then tricked  Johnny into attacking Emma and Merry with his dragon sword.
"Nicely done, " She said and Johnny tried to process what had just happened. However then Ultraviolet attacked him and threw him at Shela and Kristina causing all three rangers to go down. Because of how hard they we're hit, the rangers we're forced to demorph leaving them vulnerable.

"With you rangers gone, nothing will stop Chrysalis from taking over the world! " Ultraviolet declared ready to strike the rangers down and take their crystals however then a large scythe appeared and threw her backwards causing her invisibility to fade away. The wounded  rangers looked around in shock to see another ranger. "What now there's eight of you!? " Ultraviolet asked angrily
"That's right, I am the Nature Force pink ranger and your cloaking abilities don't foul me! " The pink ranger declared welding her scythe.
