Stay Awake, Soonyoung

It was nearly 3 A.M. but Soonyoung was still spacing out, his earphones in his ears as the loud music came out of it.

He's so afraid to sleep. Ayaw niyang matulog kase natatakot siyang baka hindi nanaman siya magising. Ayaw na niyang mangyari yon. He tried his best to put his attention to something just for him to not fall sleep.

"Ah fuck!" napasabunot siya sa buhok niya sa inis dahil inaantok na siya.

Nagpapasalamat nalang siya dahil may kumatok sa kwarto niya. Binukas niya iyon at pumasok sila Jihoon.

"Are you up for staying the whole night?"

Napangiti si Soonyoung, "g!"

Tonight let's get some and live while we're young!!" pasigaw na kanta ni Seokmin at Mingyu.

The music from the speaker was loud as hell. Good thing Ferry was a heavy sleeper, he can't hear them. It was already 5 A.M. in the morning but none of them got a sleep.

Seokmin holding a water bottle as his mic while Mingyu was holding a broom as his guitar. The four were just laughing at them.

The both of them were the crackheads of the group, they never failed to make the group smile and laugh. They're like the sunshine to everything.

"Soonyoung?" Jihoon called Soonyoung and let him sat beside him.

He rested Soonyoung's head onto his shoulders, "sleep."

"I'm afraid."

"What are you afraid of? We're here," he pat his head.

Soonyoung yawned. He couldn't no longer stay awake. He stopped fighting and just slept.

"Soonyoung!" Jihoon hugged him right after Soonyoung opened his eyes.

Soonyoung slowly sat, "how many days did i slept?"

Jihoon smiled, "you idiot, it's just for a day."

As soon as Soonyoung heard that, his face lit up, "really?!"

Jihoon nodded, "you didn't slept for years again."

"So, you always sleep for long?"

Jihoon and Soonyoung were at the rooftop.

It was already 2 in the morning. There were no stars and moon, it was only them. Cold breeze kept on kissing their skins as their hair sway with the movement of the wind.

Soonyoung nodded, "i was born like this."

With their chuckie on their hands, they talked about how bad their medications are. How painful they feel whenever something happens.

"We'll stay strong and fight for this, right?" Jihoon looked at Soonyoung.

Soonyoung smiled, it was the prettiest smile that Jihoon ever saw.

"Right. You have to take your medicines, you have to take care of yourself."

Jihoon nodded, "and you have to stay awake."

Soonyoung smile grew, "i can do that."

"Stay awake, Soonyoung."

"Dadating family mo bukas, this time kasama naman yung papa mo," sabi ni Ferry kay Soonyoung habang nagiinject sakanya.

They were sitting at Soonyoung's bed. They just finished eating dinner and Soonyoung felt dizzy kaya nagpapahinga siya sa kwarto.
