Jennie's Point of View

Hindi kami nag-uusap, he is even avoiding my gaze.

Kaibigan? May magkakaibigan pa bang ganito? We even rarely see each other.

"A penny for your thoughts."

"Hay. Napaka komplikado talaga ng mga bagay." Inip na sambit niya sabay unat.

"Komplikado na nga, mas pinapakomplikado pa natin."

"What the fuck do you want, Jinyoung?" Hindi ko na napigilan ang sarili ko. I just want a peaceful place where I can refresh my mind.

"Nah. I am just wondering. Why do feelings suddenly fade?"

Hindi ko maiwasang mapasulyap sa kanya. "What are you trying to say?" Tanong ko.

"Why do people suddenly change?"

"Because there is no permanent in this world." I answered all his non-sense questions.

"Even friendships?"

That hits me! Hindi agad ako nakahakbang palayo doon. It seems that a huge hard rock hit me. All his questions were also the questions flying through my mind and I answered the questions through my own mouth.

"Ikaw na mismo ang nagsabi nyan." He left me dumbfounded.

It took several minutes before I step away from that place though his words are still following me. Damn it!

There's no permanent in this world. Everything might change in a snap. Even the one you built for the rest of your life.

"Do you have any suggestions, Ms. Kim?"

My mind is not with me.

"H-Huh?"

"Are you with us? Ikaw dapat ang nagpaplano nito Ms. Kim, dahil ikaw ang secretary, we are just here to approve your suggestions." Miss IU lectured me.

I focused  my mind.

"I guess, leisure games will do." I suggested.

"Like what?" Tanong ni Jimin.

I stood infront and list down on the white board all the events I suggested for the foundation week that will end on saturday. The day I will just fade.

Okay? What was that?

"I approve."

She approves it even without throwing a glance at it! UGH!

"I must say, you have a brilliant idea!"
