Y/N'S POV:

THE NEXT MORNING

I wake up to the sound of my phone buzzing on the nightstand. I groan and turn over, trying to ignore it, and I'm met with Lauren's face. Her cute mouth is half open while she sleeps, which makes me smile.

I can't believe that she's my girlfriend now. I actually did it. I should really thank Angie, she's the reason this all happened. I wouldn't have even talked to this girl if it wasn't for her.

I wrap my arm around Lauren's waist and pull her closer to me. Her face finds its way into the crook of my neck and I can feel her steady breathing against my skin. It gives me tingles as I start to fall back asleep.

After what seems like a few seconds, I open my eyes to Lauren hovering over me, shaking me awake.

"What is it, Lauren?" I groan and shove a blanket over my face.

"Y/N, you have 4 missed calls from your mom. You need to get up, right now." Lauren holds my phone to my face. She's right, my mom called and texted me 4 times.

I jolt up and quickly call her back, only to be met with yelling on the other end.

"Y/N where have you been? I've been trying to call you for half an hour!" My mom yells from the other side of the phone.

"I'm sorry mom, I fell back asleep and lost track of time. I'll head home right now."

"You better, or Brian will come get you."

I tense up as his name comes out of her mouth and I see Lauren do the same. I look over at her and see anger beginning to form. I whisper to her that it's ok and she starts to calm down a little.

"Ok, ok don't worry. I'm coming, see you in a few." I hang up the phone and quickly take off the clothes Lauren let me borrow.

"Your clothes are in the laundry room, Y/N/N." Lauren says to me while blushing.

My eyes widen as I realize that I just took off my shirt and shorts in front of her. I brush it off and hurry to the laundry room, trying to not let anyone see me half naked.

I successfully get there without being seen and shove my clothes back on. Lauren comes into the room with a concerned look on her face.

"Will you be ok going back there?" Lauren grabs my hands and looks me in the eyes with her deep brown ones.

"I promise I will be, Laur." I give her a quick peck on the lips and head out the door.

My stomach filled with butterflies as soon as our lips touched, but I couldn't think about that right now. I get in my car and make my way back to my house.

During the car ride my mind filled with thoughts of Lauren, mostly about the kiss. I smile to myself as I relive that moment, almost being able to taste her again. I eventually pull into my driveway and walk inside the house.

"Y/N, I asked you to be home an hour ago what is wrong with you?" My mom yells.

"Sorry mom. I already told you I lost track of time. It won't happen again."

"You're damn right it won't happen again. Go to your room." She points upstairs and motions for me to go.

"Ok." I don't even try to argue with her, I'm too happy.

"Why are you smiling?" I smile wider as I walk up the stairs.

"No reason." There was a reason. The reason was Lauren.

LAUREN'S POV:

I follow Y/N into the laundry room and see that she's done changing. She quickly kisses me and runs out the door. I'm left speechless as I stand there in shock about what just happened.
