Y/N'S POV:

I walk through the kitchen and the living room until I get to the backyard. I find Lauren and most of her sisters in the pool, while Lisa is sitting on the side putting sunscreen on.

Lauren climbs out of the pool and motions for me to come to her. I give her a smile and do what she says, while she holds out her hand indicating for me to grab it. I do and a smirk crept on her face as soon as I did it. She grabs my arm, leaning me against her, and shoves me into the pool.

I come up for air with my mouth dropped open and Lauren laughing above me.

"LAUREN!" I say while everyone is dying with laughter.

"You're such a rat! Help me up!" I hold out my hand and Lauren shakes her head.

"Y/N, I'm not that dumb."

"What do you mean? I just need help up!" I try to contain my smile as she contemplates what to do.

"Ok, promise you won't try anything?" Lauren says while reaching for my hand.

"Promise." As soon as her hand connects with mine, I pull her into the pool.

She comes up for air while spitting water out of her mouth with an angry look on her face.

"You promised!" Lauren pouts while Lisa and I laugh our heads off.

"You started it!" I say as I splash water onto her, starting a water fight.

Lauren splashes me back and we start splashing as much water as we can at each other. Lisa cannonballs into the pool, drenching both of us again.

We all laugh as we attack each other with water. I dunk Lauren and Katherines head underwater while Amy comes up from behind me. She tries to use a water gun, but she can't figure out how to work it.

"Here, Amy, let me." I rip the water gun from her hands and start spraying her. She swims away screaming while I continue to hit her and Christina.

This goes on for a while, until we all get tired.

Everyone except for Lauren, Dani, and I leave the pool. The three of us chill on the steps talking, when Dani whispers something to Lauren. Lauren nods and smirks while Dani gets out of the pool and goes towards the door.

Lauren says something to me, so I turn to face her, when I hear feet stomping on the concrete. Suddenly, two hands push my back and I fall into the water. I hear Dani and Lauren laughing from above water, so I decide to play a little prank on them.

I don't resurface and I make my body go limp, so they think something happened. The laughing quickly dies out and I can hear them start to panic.

"Oh my gosh, Y/N, are you ok?" Dani's voice is filled with panic as I struggle to keep holding my breath.

Lauren jumps in the pool and lifts me up by my arms, and is greeting by my smiling face.
She throws me back into the water and lets out a sigh of relief, while I laugh as hard as I can.

"Y/N DON'T DO THAT TO ME! I THOUGHT SOMETHING BAD HAPPENED." Lauren goes back to where she was sitting, while Dani joins in on the laughter.

"That was a good one Y/N. If only you actually died." Dani says while chuckling.

"Oh, shut up. You know you love me, Dan." I smile at her and she returns it. I look at Lauren and see that she's still pouting, so I go to sit next to her.

I wrap my arms around her and I can see her trying not to smile out of the corner of my eye.

"Come on, you know that was funny." I say trying to get her to smile.
