Sleepover

Hi guys, just wanted to say I know not all the sisters live with each other, but I did it for the story. Ok, enjoy!

"Ok cool" Lauren says with a big smile on her face
I step away from Lauren and Lisa to text my mom. I let her know that I was going to sleep over and I get a notification from Angie.

Angie🤍: Hey how's it going with Lauren?

Me: Pretty good I'm gonna sleep over

Angie🤍: OOOOOH sleepover? Sounds.....romantic

Me: I hate you. It's not like that we're just friends

Angie🤍: yeah but maybe you could be more than that😉

I scoff as I turn my phone off, but I let the thought of Lauren and I becoming more than friends linger in my mind. It makes me happy to imagine spending more time with Lauren.

LAURENS POV:

Lisa comes into the room and asks Y/N if she's sleeping over. I reinforce the question, hoping that she'll say yes. She says she can do it and a wave of happiness washes over me.

I've never felt this happy over my friend sleeping over before. I question this, but decide to move on without much thought.

As the night goes on, Y/N and I spend a lot of time with my sisters, and they make sure to annoy us. After a while, we all decide to watch TV.

Dani stands in front of the tv with the remote.  "What should we watch?"
She looks over at Y/N indicating for her to choose the show.

"I'm fine with whatever." Y/N gives an awkward smile and turns the question over to me.

We end up watching The Office for about 30 minutes, when Amy suggests playing a game.

"Guys we should play Monopoly!" Amy smiles widely and holds her arms up.

Everyone agrees to the idea and we get the board out. We all sit along the sides of the board and get the fake money and game cards ready.

"I call being the banker!" Lisa snatches all the money and brings it over to her side.

"No way, Lise! Last time you were the banker you cheated!" Christina fights over the money and brings it to her side.

"I didn't cheat! I got $1,000,000 through HARD WORK. Something you rippers should learn."

"Yeah, keep telling yourself that, Lise." I roll my eyes as the rest of the sisters laugh.

We're halfway through the game and Y/N is losing pretty bad. Out of the corner of my eye, I see her hand gravitate towards the money. No one else is paying attention, but her hand rests on a $500 bill. She quietly snatches it and brings it over to her side.

She looks around to see if anyone saw her and she sees me looking at her with my mouth half open.

She starts laughing and I quickly join in. Her laugh is so infectious and so perfect. Pretty soon, we're both on the ground laughing.

Through the midst of our laughing, her hand rests on my thigh. She meant nothing by it, she only did it because she was laughing so hard. As soon as she did it, my eyes widened and the butterflies came back. She unconsciously moves her hand a little farther up my thigh. My body shoots up into a sitting position, my eyes wide.

So many thoughts are running through my head.

I don't understand why I did that. I don't understand why I felt that way when she touched me, and I don't understand why I feel differently towards this girl. I don't understand.
