Unexpected (stydia)

Chapter 4

Stiles POV

Stiles was sitting in the cafeteria with Scott, Allison and Jackson. No Lydia. Stiles wondered why she didn't come to school, maybe she's just sick but what about if she wasn't and no one had a clue where she was. What if she was missing-?
No Stiles, calm down, she's just sick. Ask Allison where she is, Allison has to know where she is as she's Lydia's best friend after all. Stiles thought
"Hey Allison?" Allison looked up at Stiles in response "Do you know where Lydia is?" Stiles asked
Allison started looking worried. "Oh she's no where, just home, she's just sick I guess. I'm going to check on her after school." Stiles nodded in response but he couldn't get that worried look on Allison's face after when he mentioned Lydia out of his head.

Lydia's POV

Lydia was lying in her bed and facing away from the door when she heard someone come in. "Mom please go away."
"Lydia, you can't hide away"
It was Allison.
Lydia sighed and turned around in bed to face Allison. "I have to hide away, I don't know what to do, I need time to think." Lydia sat herself up again the headboard.
"What do you want to do? What are your options?" Allison asked as she sat down next to Lydia.
"Ok option 1 is to not have the baby and get rid of it which I don't want to do,
Option 2 is that I have the baby and give it away, Option 3 is that I tell Stiles and ruin everything and option 4 is have the baby, keep it and move far far away and never tell Stiles" After she finished she nodded "that's it"
"Well definitely not option 4-"
"Why not? That was what I was going to do!" Lydia interrupted her
"What? Lydia, this is Stiles' child! He has to know, you can't just hide it from him!"
"I can if I try..." Lydia said quietly "plus if I do tell him, it will ruin everything, you think he would want custody of it?" Saying that as a joke.
"Yes!" Allison replied. Lydia groaned annoyed.
Allison sighed "Lydia, it's your decision obviously, but I think you need to tell Stiles it's selfish not to tell him and lie to him about his child.."
Lydia nodded slowly "I see what you mean..." Lydia sighed "fine, I'll tell him."
"Great so when are you coming back to school?" Allison asked
"I don't know, maybe in a couple of days? I'm still taking it in..."
Allison nodded, "ill come check on you yeah?"
"Ok" Lydia replied "and thank you for everything Allison, your a great friend."
"That's what I'm here for!" Allison smiles and hugged Lydia.

Stiles POV

It has been about another 2 days since Lydia has not come to school.
As Stiles walked into Beacon Hills High School with Scott, he had no clue that this day would change his life forever...

Stiles walked into class and saw Lydia sat down at her desk. He smiled and walked up to her. "Hey Lydia! Are you feeling better?"
Lydia looked over at Stiles, "Oh yeah I'm fine Stiles, you?"
"I'm great I guess..so uh i guess I'll see you at lunch?" Stiles said awkwardly
Lydia nodded, Stiles sighed and walked to his chair. Stiles could tell she was worried about something or was thinking about something important, he wanted to ask what it was, but he didn't want to be rude or intrude into her personal life...

At lunch Stiles and Scott starting walking to their original table where Jackson, Allison and Lydia sit. Once they sit down, Allison looks over at Lydia and nudges her, Lydia looks at her and mouths "what?" Allison groans quietly and titled her head towards Stiles. "Are you guys talking about me?" Stiles asked a bit awkwardly with curiosity filling his voice.
"Oh no..we weren't" Lydia looked down, Allison looked at her again and starts whispering in her ear. Lydia looks at Allison and starts whispering but they can all hear her, "I know I'll feel better after I tell him! I'm just scared Allison!" Lydia whispered angrily. "Ok what is going on with you two?" Jackson asked annoyingly
Lydia groaned and once she calmed down she sighed and looked at Stiles.
"Stiles I need to talk to you about something important.."
"Okay?" Stiles replied confused. "Outside" Lydia said as she stood up and went round to Stiles side and basically pulls him out of the Cafeteria.

Allison's POV (sorry for moving the POV's around)

"Ok what?" Scott asked "that was very confusing."
"Agreed" Jackson sighed and started eating again
"You'll find out soon enough guys" Allison reassured them.
To be honest, Allison was worried about Lydia. What if Stiles had a go at her? Or shouted at her for not using protection or taking the pill? If only she could see and hear their conversation.

Lydia's POV

Stiles and Lydia just sat there on a park bench in silence, Stiles looked very confused and Lydia did not know how to start the conversation or how to tell him.
"So..what did you have to tell me?"
Lydia sighed "uh..well remember when we hooked up?"
Stiles nodded confused "yeah..what about it?"
"Well I uh..." Lydia groaned "this is so hard to say Stiles..." Stiles nodded "you don't have to say if you don't want to-" stiles began but Lydia interrupted him. "No, no I need to tell you, it's important."
Stiles nodded
"So I've been getting symptoms.." Stiles was very confused now "you've been getting symptoms of what?"
Lydia put her face in her hands then looked back up.
Come on Lydia...Lydia thought. "Pregnancy symptoms" she looked into Stiles' eyes
Stiles mouth opened in shock, "W-Well are you? You know..Pregnant?"
Lydia nodded slowly "yeah...I am.." she said looking down
She looked back up to see his reaction, he was just sitting there with his mouth wide open in shock and wasn't saying anything...
