Lydia was shocked, "I wasn't expecting that.."
Stiles frowned in response. "I'm sorry, do you not want me to be in it's life? Obviously it's up to you, I-I just wanted to be in its life but of course-"
"Stiles!" Lydia yelled interrupting him. "I want you to be I'm it's life! I'm happy! I just thought you wouldn't. But I'm so happy you want to be in its life!"
Stiles sighed in relief a smile forming on his face, "great..."
"So uh...what happens now?" Stiles asked.
"Well, I guess we just work together."
Stiles nodded, "right...great." Silence again between them but the chatter and conversations between the people around them started growing louder as people began to head to class.
"Well...I have class I should go." Lydia smiled and started walking away from Stiles, going to her class.
Stiles sighed and and put a hand on his head. This is crazy Stiles thought.
*1 week later*
"This is crazy!"
Stiles slammed his locker in fright when he heard that, he looked to the side to see Lydia, right there.
"Oh my god Lydia! You scared the hell out of me!"
"This is crazy!" Lydia yelled again. Stiles frowned, "what's crazy?"
"This!" Lydia said putting her arms up, wanting Stiles to understand.
"What?"
"I can't do it! I can't do this!" Lydia said as she threw her arms up again.
"Do what!?" Stiles yelled back in confusion.
"Have this baby!! I can't do it!"
Stiles staggered back at that, "what? You don't want the baby?" Lydia sighed, "I-I'm scared! My mom told me I have to have all this responsibility and taking care of it and giving birth! It looks so hard! And the giving birth part...I-I'm panicking!"
Stiles sighed, "Lydia, you- I mean we have a scan tomorrow to see the baby!"
"I know! But again I don't know if I can do it!"
Stiles shook his head, "Lydia, we can do this. You get it? YOU can do this!" Lydia sighed and shook her head with sadness on her face in response.
"Fine...but can you wait till tomorrow for your decision..I mean can we see the baby?" Stiles pleaded. He heard if the mother saw the baby on the scan, they would wanna have it and wouldn't want to get rid of it or give it away anymore. He wanted to take that chance, he wanted to have this baby or at least he wanted to try and be a dad and if Lydia said no, he wouldn't have that chance.
Lydia was silent for a few seconds, "...fine, yeah sure" Lydia finally said. Stiles smiled, "great! So I'll see you tomorrow then? At the hospital? At 11am?" Lydia smiled slightly and nodded, "yeah, I'll see you there Stiles..." Stiles smile went even bigger as he walked past Lydia, down the hall, going to the exit of the school still looking at Lydia, waving.
Amusement crossed over Lydia's face, that Stiles guy is weird...she laughed a bit shaking her head as Stiles went through the doors.
Ok so uh, sorry I haven't updated in like 2 years lmao and sorry this is short, I'll try and make the next chapter come sooner and longer
