The following day, Matt reminded Harri about the picnic to celebrate their ancestors. He suggested it would be a good opportunity for Teddy to meet new people and for others to satisfy their curiosity about her. Harri agreed, realizing Matt had a point. She dressed in a black and white striped top, high-waisted jeans, and her favorite boots that added some height to her petite frame—thanks to the Dursleys' neglect. She accessorized with silver hoops that once belonged to her mother and wore all her heirloom rings.

With baby Teddy in her arms, cooing at everything from balloons to people, Harri walked to the picnic ground. Matt followed, carrying cupcakes and brownies he had baked that morning. He was grateful Harri let him cook, even though she was the better chef. Matt wanted to show everyone that she cared for him like a mother should.

After placing the food under the gazebo, Matt waved goodbye and joined his friends for a game of soccer. Harri and Teddy made their rounds, chatting with people, including the mayor. As she conversed, she noticed the Salvatore brothers and the Mikaelson siblings standing together under a tree. It was unusual to see them all in one place.

The vampires sensed someone watching them and turned to see Harri and baby Teddy. Rebecca, Elijah, and Kol were intrigued by the baby, sensing something peculiar about him. Klaus, curious about the baby's father, struggled to control his temper, suspecting Harri had another man in her life. Before tensions could escalate, Damon and Stefan quickly explained how baby Teddy came to their town.

Meanwhile, Elena, Bonnie, and Caroline stood in a corner. Elena gossiped about Harri, suggesting she must have slept around. Caroline, standing apart from the other two, recalled the first time Harri met them and questioned why a Wiccan and a human were hanging out with vampires. Caroline couldn't understand how the once sweet girls had become so rude and snobbish. Bonnie, on the other hand, followed Elena around like a puppy.

As the afternoon sun climbed higher, Teddy grew sleepy and cranky. Harri decided it was time to leave but was stopped by a tap on her shoulder. She turned to see a familiar face—a dead ringer for her godfather, Sirius Black.

"Hi, my name is Sirius Black. This may sound odd, but I think I know you."

"I'm Harri Potter, and I think you do."

After giving Sirius her address and sending a quick text to Matt, Harri and Teddy headed home. She hoped to get some answers about how her godfather ended up in Mystic Falls after falling through the veil.

Sitting down with Sirius, Harri realized how much she had missed him. He recounted his story of arriving in Mystic Falls and why his memories were fragmented.
