The moment I began my furious stomps over to our table, Mason yanked Audrey off of Jackson.

"What are you playing at?" he snapped at Jackson, his eyes narrowed and nostrils flared. I stood next to Mason, my arms crossed and my expression mirroring his.

It was in that moment that I saw Jackson's almost terrified expression, and Audrey's rather smug one.

"I don't know what you're talking about?" she smirked, flicking her blonde locks over her shoulder.

Then, it clicked.

"Why the hell did you kiss him, Audrey!" Mason snapped again, his eyes flicking towards the door that Gemma just fled through.

"Who, Jackson?" she asked innocently, causing Mason to roll his eyes, "Can't a girl just like a guy?"

"Not when it comes to you" I snapped, my eyes narrowed angrily on her. I had been so caught up in the fact that she just hurt Gemma, that I didn't even think about how I was speaking to the blonde devil.

She rolls her eyes and scowls, "Whatever, I got what I wanted," she says with a smug smirk before trotting back to a cackling Nicole.

There was one thing that still had me pissed off with Jackson, why didn't he pull away sooner?

"Why the hell did you not-" I began my angry rant, only to be cut off when I noticed him grimacing as he rubbed four half moon shaped cuts on each side of his face, just below his ears.

"What happened?" I ask, leaning in to look at the cuts.

He grimaced again, pulling his hands away from his face, "She dug her nails into my skin, so I couldn't pull away."

"Oh god..." I mumble under my breath, rubbing my hand over my face.

Jackson sighs, "Why does it matter anyway? And why did Gemma run away?"

I let out a sharp, sarcastic laugh "Could you be any more oblivious?" I ask harsher than I intended to.

He simply sends me a confused look.

"Gemma likes you, Jackson!" I sigh frustratedly, "She has for awhile!"

His mouth forms an 'O' shape and his eyes widen. He springs up from his chair "Wait, she likes me and she thinks that I kissed Audrey?"

I share an exasperated look with Mason, Noah sharing one as well because he felt left out. Jackson takes our silence as a yes and his shoulders slump.
